This clown is so proud of his bill, its not listed on his web page.

"These cuts will cost America 170 million jobs"
March 2, 2013 TPATH - Last week we posted the facts about the sequester. This week the political hysteria continues as the media, Fox News included, and big government leftists march forward with fear tactics and just plain lies. Then, Maxine Waters, who actually is dumber than Joe Biden, announced that the cuts in government growth will cost 170 million jobs. Someone may like to point out to this jewel of colossal ignorance, America only has 140 million people working right now. Which by the way is about 2 million less than when the usurper took office.
First we need to take a quick look at the chart above and note the drastic "so called" cuts, keeping in mind as you do, that if the entire sequester amount is applied, the Federal budget will, in fact, still grow as a result of automatic budget increases to every single government program.
What does this mean? Well, common sense would dictate that not one person would lose his job, not one program would be cut or closed down, they just would not grow as much in this next year as the progressives had planned. Amazingly enough, only in Washington is a net increase considered a cut.
For certain every news reporter, news channel and politician understands this shell game being played. Well, Except for Maxine Waters who probably doesn't know where she parked her car. All of these people are hoping that Americans are as stupid as Waters. Okay, maybe not that stupid, but stupid none the less.
While its true that a large portion of the sequester amount was earmarked for the Military, which by the way clearly indicates this foolishness was designed by Hussein Obama, if the balance of the cuts in growth were spread out across the vastness of government programs, not one person would be fired or furloughed. Remember, your President, he's not mine, he has told me that many times over the past four years, is using this sequester as a tool to further beat down the poltroon Republican Party at the expense of many hardworking families who just happen to be employed by the government. This is beyond despicable but entirely consistent with they way leftist people and governments use its citizens as fodder.
A final and very important point on this is that Obama has refused to allow a Senate bill to pass which would give him sole authority as to which areas of growth would be cut. This may sound a bit out of character for the "exalted one" but he needs to be able to blame anyone and everyone, except himself, for any services lost. If he had the complete sequester disbursement authority, he might get blamed.
This seems a bit paranoid for him, since the media has looked the other way after he went to bed while American heroes were being slaughtered in Benghazi, billions of dollars were being given to the Muslim Brotherhood, Communists, Islamic extremists and home grown terrorists made up his inner circle, an arsenal machine guns and weapons were handed over to Mexican drug cartels, and shoulder fired missiles, capable of taking down passenger airliners, were provided to Muslim fanatics.

February 23, 2013 TPATH - As March 1st looms closer and closer and the dreaded automatic government spending cuts begin to kick in, the fear mongering, the deception and the out an out lies smothering the American people like swamp swill are beginning to reach a crescendo.
Usurper Obama and his propaganda production company, better known as the Main Stream Media, have been misrepresenting not only where the sequester idea originated, but most despicably of all, what the effects of it will be.
Again, and as always, the Liar-n-Chief, counts on the fact that 80% of the American people's eyes gloss over at the mention of of big numbers. And others will not take the time to try and do some basic math. No wonder this country is in such a dire predicament.
First it is important for each of us to know, Obama has been lying about the authorship of this "Sequestration" for more than a year and has continued to do so as late as this week, even as his nitwit press spokesboy, Jay Kearny, was forced to admit the truth. By the way, the media, always professional, never once, even during the Presidential debates, ever tried to correct Obama's lies.
Here is the truth. The idea, concept and amount of the Sequestration was produced in the White House by Jack Lew, then Chief of Staff and White House congressional relations chief Rob Nabors and of course America's quintessential evader of reality and poser as President, Hussein Obama.
Not the Republicans, but Obama and his administration created "Sequestration".
And for certain, just as the left never intended nor will ever intend to build a border fence, after promising to do so, they devised this sequestration but never intended for it to be implemented. But unlike the wall, sequestration may backfire on them and actually take effect. That of course is why the lies about where it came from are raining down across the "Fruited Plains".
Now, a little bit of fact accompanied by some math:
1. The $1.2 Trillion in automatic cuts will span a 10 year period, not 1 year, as Obama tries to make you think.
2. The actual automatic cuts for one year will be $120 Billion.
3. The approximate automatic increase in the budget, which is not affected by the sequester, will be $180 Billion each year.
4. Even if the sequester does kick in, the government will still spend $60 Billion more than it did in the previous year.
5. Your government spends $10 Billion every day of the year.
6. They will spend the entire sequestration amount in the first two weeks of January 2014.
7. The sequestration will cut less than 1/3 of one penny of every dollar the government spends.
These are the facts. So when you hear the ineligible usurper and his cohorts talk about all the government programs which will be shut down you will understand that the entire sequestration cut would not even close down one medium sized government program, let alone the hundreds of doomsday scenarios we have been hearing about.
You should now have a better perspective on why this country is in such economic mortal distress. Even these barely negligible cuts to the more than $36 Trillion which will be spent in the next 10 years, can not be discussed without scare tactic lies and demagoguery.
Hussein Obama, the Democratic Party and the media have placed our economy in a boat headed for Niagara Falls. But not to worry, no matter what happens, conservatives and the Tea Party will get the blame.

February 9, 2013 TPATH- Yesterday's rally in Trenton, sponsored by the New Jersey Second Amendment Society, was one of the most rousing and exciting events I have seen in some time. It has renewed hope and refreshed my confidence that there are many good and great Americans who will not stand by and allow leftists and progressives to further destroy our liberty.
The weather could really not have been much worse. But no weather would have been capable of putting a damper on the enthusiasm which poured from in front of the State House.
The message was clear and resounding. Everyone of those NJ legislators, who cowered behind armed guards and snuggled in the warmth of their offices, heard the message. What was that message?
It goes something like this:
"You elitists, you political parasites, the cancerous infestation of the rights and liberty of honest, hardworking, law abiding citizens has gone far enough. It stops right here and it stops right now."
It was difficult to get an exact count, but there seemed to be well over one thousand people who left the comfort of their homes, their work and their families to be at this rally. In the face of dire warnings of another super storm, this one which could have shut down roads and highways and possibly left them stranded, yet still they came.
There was also another unmistakable message:
"We the people will stand here, together and in unison, in this miserable weather and too, shall we will stand together, in unison, if you try to take away our right to protect ourselves."
Just a bit of information some of you may not know. As early as next week, the NJ Legislature will try to pass an additional 43 new gun control laws. This on top of already the most unconstitutional laws anywhere in this country.
These new laws, if enacted, would make just about every weapon anyone in NJ owns, illegal. If you have any firearm, such as a revolver, which fires more than 5 rounds, which is just about 99% of every revolver owned, you will be required to turn it in.
This law gives authorities the right to search and seize, without court order, any firearm which can hold more than 5 rounds of ammunition. That would make every weapon which uses a magazine, as well as most shotguns and just about every rifle, illegal. Anyone not turning in those weapons will be listed and charged as felons.
At this point it is unclear as to where Governor Christie stands on this and if he will veto it if it gets through the legislature. He has said "I think New Jersey has enough gun laws". (gee, ya think?) It is doubtful that, if the new laws reach his desk and he vetoes them, that there are enough liberal votes in the body to over ride it.
Over the next few days, your state Senators and your Assemblymen as well as Governor Christie need to hear from you. Write, call, email and text. Let them know that stopping this in the chambers of the State House will be much better for everyone than if the people need to stop it from the streets. Either way, it will be stopped.

WORK FOR NBC SPORTS?
Calls a "DOUBLE BOGEY" on Phil
Well, not if its NBC covering the sports event. They just can't help themselves. While watching the TPC Golf Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona where Phil Michelson came close to breaking several long standing records as he dominated the field of world wide professional golfers , I did got an answer yesterday, to one very puzzling question concerning ex-golfer Johnny Miller.
Johnny Miller, who did have several years of successful professional golf, developed the "yips" which is a psychological defect which prevents the golfer from being able to sink even the shortest putts. This quickly ended his playing career. But he was hired by NBC as a commentator and has done nothing but irritate the players and the viewers with his arrogance and elitism ever since.
Over the years we have heard him belittle players for making a bad shot or boldly announcing the guy just missed a simple putt, and this from a guy who couldn't make a one footer, to announcing how improbable it was to see a person with the name Rocco Mediate, competing on a high level in the world of professional golf. He never was made to explain that remark.
For anyone who may have been paying attention late Sunday, the reason Miller has his job with NBC became crystal clear. He is one of them. As mentioned earlier, Phil was finishing up one of the best tournaments of his career and what did Mr. Miller have to add to the amazing day? He referenced Phil's concern that living in California, he was getting to keep just 38 cents out of every dollar he earns and that that huge tax burden was preventing him form investing in other ventures outside of golf.
Miller, who I'm sure has never failed to make additional payments to the IRS beyond what the laws call for, chastised Phil for those comments and called them "Phills' double bogey". Its quite clear that in Miller's world, wanting to keep what you have earned is equivalent with one of golf's most dreaded events, the double bogey.
One nice thing did happen yesterday relating to Mr. Miller. Just before the golf ended and the Super Bowl began, Johnny Boy made it clear just how distraught he would be if the 49ER'S were to lose the big game.
I immediately became a Raven's fan.

To understand that the Founding Fathers gave these people special rights and protections in order to ensure they had the freedom to pursue the truth and keep the people informed, and now to see what they have done with that privilege, is beyond disgusting. Each and every one of them should be ashamed. But alas, shame is derived from pride and character. No one in the media has either.
Many of you living in that cesspool of crooked politicians and politics, known as New Jersey, are aware of all the financial shenanigans and investigations surrounding our Communist Import, Senator Menendez.
The mainstream media has found no reason to report or investigate any of the past allegations against him and in fact have done everything possible to keep any of this information from the voters. Now, the latest, we find that our Senator, one who has espoused and marched for the Equal Rights Amendment for women, has been under investigation for several months relating to his sexual escapades involving under aged girls down in South America.
And its very likely he has been carrying on down there using taxpayer money or illegal donations.
How does this involve the media? Well, many months prior to the November elections this information was known to them. But they decided that the citizens of New Jersey should go into the voting booth and elect a man who probably should be sitting in jail, not the Senate. Why? Well because he's a Democrat.
Now, the story is so big, the election is over, and they have successfully kept a Republican out of office, it finally broke and they were forced to report it. So, naturally when ABC News garnered a one on one interview with the frisky Senator, one would suppose that now the citizens would get to hear him explain his nefarious deeds. Really?
Well, surprise, surprise, the ABC interviewer, I won't mention her name, drooled and canoodled over him and never once asked one question about his underage sexcapades to Latin America.
Finally, if your'e not convinced yet that the media and the progressive Democratic Party are one and the same, recall how shamelessly Obama and his leftists used the heartbreak and death of children to push his agenda of disarming citizens.
When this massacre was first reported, the media had not yet been briefed by Obama's people on just how they intended to use those dead children in their campaign.
They were not aware that the AR-15 and other semi-automatic weapons, the type that dominating governments fear the most, were going to be demonized and then, hopefully, confiscated. Sometime between the initial reporting and the funerals of these children, the major networks were sent the memo and told to report the weapon used was an AR-15.
All of the major networks, following orders, changed their reports in which every one of them had previously reported hand guns were used and the AR-15 was left in the trunk of the car. In spite of the fact that there are no videos or pictures of Lanza, they are all now reporting, not hand guns, but an assault rifle, was used to kill every child.
As the tide of skepticism has rightfully turned against the media, it has been said that the stories will change to whatever they are directed to report.
So if you want to know what the real truth is, go with the unedited early reports.
Watch this video which is a compilation of all the major networks as they reported on the massacre prior to getting the talking points. Every one of them reported that Lanza did not bring the AR-15 into the school, but left it in the trunk of his mother's car.

After reading Ms. Werthmann's story above the one thing we should take from it is, they never saw it coming. They never imagined any government or any human could or would do to them, what they did.

January 21, 2013, TPATH- Most of us by now have seen and or heard the many leftist politicians, journalists and assorted screw balls screaming, chastising, crying and demanding that our government ignore the US Constitution and ban the so called assault weapon, so that our children and the rest of us may be saved from murder and mayhem.
As you read the statistics we have complied below you might want to ask yourself, just what is it that these people are so worried about? Is it the children? Is it the safety and well being of all the citizens? Or is it something else? Is it in fact part of the decades old effort, not to save our children, but the relentless goal to methodically kill the Constitution, one freedom at a time?.
It is of course, the latter. It can be no other. The insignificant threat to our society posed by the so called assault weapon, if looked at in any sane or calculating way, clearly shows that the screaming, bug eyed yahoos, either have no idea of what they espouse or are working in support of the Marxist ideology of disarming the people.
It is well known fact that through the years leftist governments have murdered untold millions of their citizens in order to get and maintain control of every aspect of their lives. Its not too far fetched to presume, they would use the unfortunate tragedy in Sandy Hook as another tool to further those goals.
While the data we have listed below are interesting to most of us who have brains which we use, as opposed to those being manipulated by the leftist ideologues, TPATH has prepared this for the few others out there who may not be totally brain dead. This information may give them a chance to actually think for themselves and then consider just who or what policy they should support.
Before you look at the numbers below please be aware of the following:
1. The FBI does not have an assault weapon category in the sense that the left describes it. In other words, there is no distinction between a bolt action or lever action rifle or one that holds multiple rounds and will fire automatic (all rounds fired if trigger is held in) or a semi-automatic rifle where it can be fired, one round per one trigger pull.
2. Also weapons that have a "pistol grip" accessory are not given a category by the FBI. This type of rifle is categorized by the left for no other reason except as a scare tactic.
3. The FBI combines all rifle murders, except the shotgun, into one category. Because of this TPATH had to search several areas for the actual count of murders by, as the left describes them, assault rifles. No data we used trying to get this information is as firm as the FBI numbers used in other categories. But we are certain that the assault weapons used for murders during the 5 year period is pretty accurate.
4. Killings of foreigners on or near our borders by Latin drug dealers have not been included in this data.
5. This data only includes deaths which have been determined to be felonies by the FBI and not justifiable homicide performed by police or citizens protecting themselves or their property.
6. The data has been complied for the five year period of 2006 to 2010 according to tables listed on the FBI web page linked below. Both 2011 and 2012 statistics show a decline in all felony murders and those numbers have been left out until the FBI lists them on their website.
7. There is a category used by the FBI for fire arms listed as "unknown". TPATH could not use those numbers to complete a fair analysis of this report.
HERE ARE THE FACTS
DURING THE 5 YEAR PERIOD OF 2006 TO 2011
An American citizen's chances of being murdered by any means was .000,000,003%.
An American citizen living in an urban area was eight times more likely to be murdered than one living in suburban areas.
There were 101,214 felony murders In America. (Includes all methods)
Of those, 48% were killed by firearms of all types and 52% were done in by weapons other than fire arms.
1,980 people were killed with weapons categorized as rifles, including the assault weapon, but only 59 murders could be verified as being done with the assault rifle.
968 people were smothered or otherwise asphyxiated. (Not strangulation)
4,147 were done in with bare hands or feet.
12,106 found eternity via knives and bats.
DURING THE LAST FIVE YEAR PERIOD
Americans were:
16 times more likely to be smothered with "assault pillows" than killed with an assault rifle.
70 times more likely to be killed with fists than with an assault rifle.
205 times more likely to be killed with knife or bat than assault rifle.
And.......
An American had a 0.000,028% chance of being murdered by a firearm, any fire arm, including assault rifles.
If people were to take a few moments to comprehend these numbers above, and those below, they may come up with the idea that this rage from Cuomo, Obama and the left, may not be all too genuine. Especially if you consider how they really feel about protecting God's children, having condoned the termination of millions of children in the womb.
Keep in mind, those who claim fear for the safety of our children, have been and continue to be active perpetrators of this human genocide. As you see the numbers here, ask yourself if you can be blamed for not taking their concern for the children very seriously.
During the period above, where 1,980 people were killed with rifles, over 4,488,820 human babies were murdered in the womb of their mothers.

Since 1973 the left has helped, supported and approved the death of over 54,559,615 of God's children, who will never get to wear short pants, play in the park or put pink ribbons in their hair.

January 18, 2013 TPATH - Obama's New Jersey Cheerleader, Governor Chris Christie harshly criticized the National Rifle Association on Thursday for referring to U.S. President Barack Obama's children in an ad that advocates putting armed guards in schools, calling it "reprehensible" and "wrong."
Several days following the November elections, many Republicans and Conservatives were wondering, and rightly so, if Christie had any idea of the damage he did to Romney's campaign and by extension, this country. Having watched this man over the last several years and again this past week, the answer to that question has become quite clear.
Yesterday's comments, if anyone had a ray of hope that our so called "Republican Governor" had not intentionally derailed Romney, will have slammed the door on any last vestiges of denial.
During these past tumultuous couple of weeks, the left has been looking upon the devastating slaughter of those children, as possibly and finally, the event they needed to get the citizens of this country unarmed. That's not to say that any of them wanted this to happen, but they surely have shown they have no qualms about using this "crisis" for all it is worth.
We regularly have had questions concerning Christie, relating to his true allegiances. Today, we have a few more.
The instances of Obama, his administration and the progressive left, using the "children" of this tragedy to further their decades long battle to destroy the Second Amendment are too numerous to count.
Here is a quote from Biden that should warm your heart:
“There is nothing that has gone to the heart of the matter more than the visual image people have of little 6-year-old kids riddled – not shot with a stray bullet – riddled, riddled, with bullet holes in their classroom.”
This comment did not illicit "repulsion" from New Jersey's Governor.
Nor was he moved to comment on Obama's not so Oscar winning performance, crying for the children, which failed to produce even a bit of misty eyes, when the announcement was made of the upcoming illegal activity he was planning. On a side note, if Bill Clinton wasn't so busy reminiscing about the days when "Obama would be fetching his coffee", he surely could have given the Usurper a tip or two on spontaneous tearing up.
Then, several days ago, as Obama rolled out, in great fanfare, his unconstitutional list of executive orders, while relating the fears of children who wrote him letters, and displaying several other children as props, Governor Christie found no time or need to be repulsed.
So what was it that finally got Christie's 'repulsion meter' fluttering and begging for comment?
It seems that suggesting all children should be equally protected, not just those of the elite ruling class was it. Yes sir, that did it for Waddles.
All of those who have been battling the left's efforts to dismantle our Constitution, understand all too well that the media is nothing more than the propaganda wing of today's Marxist Democrats and it is expected that they will ignore anything repulsive or exploitative which has roots in the left, while feigning revulsion and dismay at even the most minor statements from Conservatives. That is a given, and all those defending this country have come to knowledge that and deal with it. But when that same activity is perpetrated by, supposedly, one of our own, we need to seriously ask, who is this guy?
A final message to Christie, while no one can doubt that Obama's children, who are so very adorable, of course need and deserve more protection than the children of the masses, the children of the masses are also adorable and they too deserve to be protected.
Reprehensible is the word of the day Governor Christie and it will be one which is recalled on your next election day.
