John Bennett, Monmouth County Republican Chairman, was quoted as saying, “It is ludicrous to me that these individuals (LD13) are being challenged.” He went on to say that he had no idea what their agenda is…. and that their candidates are doing a great job and are conservatives.

Conservative!

How dare you insult the Republican voters in Monmouth County.  Christie’s puppet, Senator Kyrillos (a/k/a “Luke Fencewalker” as named by his colleagues in the legislature), is anything but conservative!  He is, however, good at obeying the orders of his puppet master, Chris Christie. 

If you’re looking for a true conservative, Leigh-Ann Bellew is your woman!  All I’ve seen from the failed progressive GOP and/or their hatchet men are false flags about Leigh-Ann Bellew’s higher education credentials. It is true that many thought she had more credentials than actual, but there is a good reason for that.  Her education and expertise exceeds that which can be earned in any college.  Leigh-Ann is who she says she is: A conservative candidate for the Senate in the 13 LD.   In contrast, the GOP’s hatchet men make excuses, like this: “that Republicans are in tough spots and face a variety of hostile constituencies demanding that they moderate themselves.”  Excuse me; I thought Mr. Bennett said his candidates were Conservatives?

In truth, all the challengers to the moderates in LD 13 are running on a slate titled “Republicans for Conservative Leadership.”  Unlike the moderates and liberals that hijack the Conservative title during the campaign season, Mrs. Bellew’s slate of candidates really are Conservative. It’s time New Jerseyans in the LD 13 know the real Senator Joe Kyrillos.  Send Leigh-Ann Bellew to this House! New Jersey State House. 

Senator Kyrillos’ record below demonstrates just the opposite of what the establishment would have you believe. Kyrillos is not even a moderate, he is mediocre at best and more like a progressive Democrat: For almost three decades Senator Kyrillos has been a willing partner with the Democrats (repeatedly breaking ranks with his Republican colleagues) in tripling the State’s spending. His challenger Leigh-Ann Bellew is willing to sign a pledge not to vote for any new taxes and reduce the budget.  Senator Kyrillos and his running mates refuse to take that pledge. 

Mr. Kyrillos holds a “C” rating from the NRA, and now endorses expended gun control to include new restrictions on the people of New Jersey.  If he is successful, that rating will decrease – unheard of for a so-called Republican Conservative. His challenger Leigh-Ann Bellew is a committed supporter of your 2nd Amendment rights, with an A-rating from the NRA. Mrs. Bellew understands that the right to bear arms, as is clearly stated in our 2nd Amendment, renders the Castle Doctrine constitutionally appropriate as is the right to concealed carry for the law abiding citizens of the State of New Jersey.

Senator Kyrillos tells the voters he is personally against abortion, yet at the same time voted for the murder of the unborn up until the time of birth [NJ Senate Bill S1909].  At least Planned Parenthood and the Butcher Gosnell appreciate his moderate stance on the gruesome murder of babies. Laws such as this paved the way for the ghoulish Gosnell. On the other hand, Leigh-Ann Bellew, is pro-life, a Board member of a Solutions Crisis Pregnancy Center, and supported by the Pro-Life movement.

So, what about Kyrillos makes him a Conservative?  Speaking of death – did you all know that the self-proclaimed Conservative Kyrillos was one of 5-so-called Conservative Republicans that voted for the “New Jersey Clone and Kill Law” (Senate Bill S2199), which established the NJ Advisory Council on End-of-Life Care in the HDSS (Health Demographic Surveillance System) to be enacted here in New Jersey.  And you voters thought only Obama-Care wanted Death panels. 

Again, what about Mr. Kyrillos is Conservative? What about his vote for the appointment of Joe Oxley for Superior Court Judge, disregarding that the Judicial Committee that wanted Joe Oxley to release of his FBI files prior to confirmation to a Judgeship? — The puppet master, Governor Christie, wanted his buddy Oxley confirmed, so Mr. Fencewalker did what the puppet master ordered. After all, who’s better to make the deal with the Democrats than Joey Kyrillos known as – “the Guy to go to.”  If you didn’t know what’s in the file, it contained information on Oxley’s involvement with convicted felon, and FBI informant on political corruption, Solomon Dwek, who stated Oxley was involved and a player. 

• So whom does Mr. Kyrillos really represent?
  
• The Star-Ledger reported that a commercial real estate broker (Mr. Kyrillos) marketed a property for Pharmacia Corp., which had benefited from more than $30 million in state grants from the Kyrillos-sponsored Business Employment Incentive Program. 
  
• He had also marketed property for PSE&G, though he had rewritten the state’s utility deregulation laws and sponsored legislation to give utility companies a $1 million tax break.
• In 2011, he supported a bailout of the horse-racing industry, which had donated $5,000 to his campaign and $13,400 to the Republican State Committee, which he chaired.
  

What was Joey Boy’s response to these facts: “I’ve always been extremely mindful of my public and private life and made sure that they didn’t intersect. I can’t answer it more than that.”  If he did he’d probably go to jail for perjury, since there’s no excuse!

So I ask, is this the guy you want to protect your tax-dollars?  I’ll take Leigh-Ann Bellew any day over this reprobate.  It gets worse!  Sit down and read and weep. Let’s not forget how Mr. Fencewalker sponsored a bill to increase the legislature salaries by 40-percent as well as the governors, judges and others – now how’s that for fiscal responsibility? Gosh, doesn’t everyone in the general public get increases like that?  And again, I have to ask, who do you think Mr. Kyrillos represents?  You?  When Gov. Christie Whitman wanted to hike the gas tax in 1998, our boy Joe, co-sponsored and publicly advocated for the measure, which Republican legislative leaders rejected.

He didn’t stop there. He voted to double the tax rate on tobacco products.  Along with most of the Senate, he also supported a 9 percent bump for public workers’ pensions. “It was a mistake,” Kyrillos eventually said of that vote.  Kyrillos also helped pass Whitman’s bonding of almost $2.8 billion to cover unfunded state pension liabilities — something critics charge contributed to the system’s sorry plight today.

Those bonds put the tax-payer in debt.  Interest (debt service) alone will cost $10.1 billion, not counting the principle.  Not only were the Police, Fire, and Teachers hurt, but the public is still feeling the pain and will continue to do so.  Let’s not forget that Mr., Fencewalker was the prime sponsor of one of the highest-profile bills pushed by Christie: a 2 percent cap on property tax increases.  Therefore, in 5-years you’re looking at approximately 11-percent increase in property taxes.

That’s not all.  What about the 2-percent in school funding that will amount to another 11 percent in property taxes for a total of approximately 22-percent in over-all property tax increase?  Add to the property tax increases, how about sponsoring a bill to increase the legislature salaries by 40-percent as well as the governors, judges and others? How’s that for fiscal responsibility?  I ask you, where is/was Senator Kyrillos when the puppet master decided to implement Obama’s Insurance exchanges that will result eventually in higher taxes for all New Jerseys?  It will add $100,000 to the Medicaid rolls under Obama-Care that will eventually saddle the citizens in NJ in excess of $280,000,000 expenditure.

• Will Kyrillos sponsor more tax bills to pay for all of these increases?  Wake up New Jersey. Christie believes he will be out of New Jersey by the time this all comes to light.
  
• So again, where was the Senator when the New Jersey Supreme Court illegally legislated from the bench with their COAH and Abbott rulings? 
  
• What about his silence on the usurping of the Second Amendment? 
  
• Why won’t Joe Kyrillos debate Leigh-Ann Bellew?
  

Let, me leave you voters with one thought.  Joe Kyrillos is refusing to debate Leigh-Ann Bellew because he needs to hide from his record.

While the media continues the black-out, under Governor Christie’s orders, and the hatchet-men continue to attack Leigh-Ann Bellew, let them explain why New Jersey's GOP is the only state in the union that refuses to adopt the Republican National Committee platform?  Is it because the they endorse the Right to Life, Conservative grass-roots organizations, or that they are against Common-Core education, or Agenda 21, (Sustainable NJ) to name a few?

People of New Jersey, “WAKE UP.” The State GOP is part of the liberally generated problems in New Jersey.  We need a complete change and we need it now!  You can help New Jersey by donating to Leigh-Ann Bellew on line at and please don’t forget the others running in your District.

Having said that, TPATH wholeheartedly endorses the entire  Republicans for Conservative Leadership ticket for the upcoming June 4th Republican Primary.

Dear State Lawmaker,
During the past several months I have attended a few of the hearings held in the capitol as one committee after another sat in judgement of my rights as an American citizen and debated as to what extent they would unconstitutionally infringe on the Bill of Rights.

During those hearings I sat quietly in the crowd or reviewed video records after the fact.  I listened as great patriots and Americans testified, provided anecdotal apologues, and proffered  irrefutable statistics  and data in support of the 2nd Amendment.

The testimony was heartfelt and delivered with variations of justifiable anger and some with more stoic thoughtfulness.  But regardless of the content or the manner in which it was presented, one thing is perfectly clear.  Not one of you who voted to pass yet more unconstitutional law, ever intended to listen, comprehend or consider one word of testimony.

In fact on a few occasions, the legislators who work for we the people, in blatant displays of arrogance, held side conversations during statements from the citizens.  And at one hearing it was announced that the committee would vote on the new legislation, before hearing from the people.

So I had to ask myself......., If these people can hear, read about and then truly analyze all the statistics which prove, beyond any doubt that America is safer in places where the 2nd Amendment has not been violated, and know of all the writings and beliefs of our Founding Fathers relating to the right of every law abiding citizen to protect himself and others, and then ignore it all and vote to further endanger me and my family....... are they letting a leftist ideology dictate how they will vote, as opposed to how they should vote?

Asking myself that question could never get an answer, since it requires your input, so I decided to go straight to you, the lawmaker and ask you one simple question.  The answer does not require a long dissertation nor do I want one.  The question is simple and so should the answer be. It requires, a  YES or NO.

Before I ask it, its important to know, the following scenario is not likely to happen to you or your family members, however, it does indeed happen.  And even if not to you, it does and will happen to those you propose to legislate for.  This is a certainty even if you are given the authority to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate. Please be consious not only of your family as you read and answer this question, but also those who will, someday be faced with survival of this or a lessor magnitude.


Mr./Mrs. Legislator, before I ask my question I would like to tell you about myself because it is pertinent to it.  I have raised a family, lived in this state my entire life, started and ran a construction company which employed many people.  I have never been investigated, charged or arrested for anything nor have I in fact, ever broken any law.  And I have not had even a driving ticket for over 35 years.  I was drafted and served honorably in the US Army.  I am a member of the NRA and a very prestigious Rifle Club.  I have had training in safety and can use many types of weapons.  While I'm not close to being a world class shooter, I do hit any target within 50 yards, every time. 

As you answer this question, keep in mind, the laws you will or have voted on prevent me from ever having my weapon with me, anywhere except the shooting range or my home.  Laws by the way, which have zero effect on criminals.

The Question:
If you, or one or more of your family members, found themselves trapped in a building or location where one or more terrorists or deranged mass murderers were in the process of methodically killing everyone, would you like to know that I was in that location and had my 9mm Glock, locked and loaded with a 15 round magazine, un-holstered and with the safety off?

I would appreciate, no matter how you voted on these new gun laws, if you would return this email with your YES or No answer.  

Finally, I am taking the time to send this to each of you individually.  How many of you will have the courage to admit you would sacrifice the innocent lives of your loved ones in support of a leftist ideology?  I'll bet, I won't hear from even one of you and I'll also bet, not one of you who would vote no to this question will inform your family of that.

May 11, 2013 TPATH- In light of this past week's Congressional hearings relating to the Benghazi coverup and the death of American citizens, allegations of political manipulation of information have become moot.  It is clear now that the factual abetment of information slithering out from the Obama administration was not the result of fear over being ousted from the Presidency, but fear of being remanded to the penitentiary.

For sure, as with most high crimes, the exordium was instigated by politics.  The fact that Obama had such a dismal record on every other front, domestic and foreign, it was imperative for him to be able to claim terrorism was defeated.  But this denial, before the fact, not after, is where the culpability for the deaths of those Americans originated.

The hearings made it strikingly clear.  This administration denied all requests for more security, prior to and leading up to the anniversary of 911, for one reason and one reason only.  More manpower would equate to less security and would indicate that claims of the demise of terrorism were false.  Regardless of the possible outcome, the lives of our heroes, it appears, were not even considered when weighted against the loss of a few votes.

Clearly, not providing more security could be a crime and the stand down order for the FEST team located in Tripoli, just an hour away, also is and possibly even a more blatant act of manslaughter.  Why? Because at that time, initiating a military response to Benghazi would do two things.  First and less important, it would prove that Obama did not have the terrorists defeated. But more importantly egregious, it would clearly indicate that not securing the Benghazi Mission, when requested, was a dangerous and flagrant disregard for human lives.

If the legal description, provided below, does not perfectly construe this Benghazi crime scene its hard to imagine what would.

MANSLAUGHTER, INVOLUNTARY
In order for a person to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter the government must prove that someone was killed as a result of an act by the person;

Second, in the circumstances existing at the time, the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life or was done with reckless disregard for human life; and

Third, the person either knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others or knew of circumstances that would reasonably cause the person to foresee that such conduct might be a threat to the lives of others.



Now enter the crime of obstruction.  Once the administration understood that their actions were criminal in the flagrant disregard for human lives, and that disregard in fact did cause 4 deaths, the next crime of obstruction of justice began.

Blaming a ridiculous video, changing official information, hiding survivors, intimidating and demoting diplomats, refusing to disclose emails and communications between Libya and Washington, prior to, during and after the night long battle for survival, so very clearly falls into the realm of criminality.  The obstruction of justice law, described below couldn't be more relevant.

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
Obstruction of justice is an attempt to interfere with the administration of the courts, the judicial system or law enforcement officers.

It may include tampering with or intimidating, hiding evidence or interfering with an arrest. It is something a person does to impede the administration of a court process or proper discharge of a legal duty.

Interference may be with the work of police, investigators, regulatory agencies, prosecutors, or other (usually government) officials. Often, no actual investigation or substantiated suspicion of a specific incident need exist to support a charge of obstruction of justice.

Such activity is a crime.

Knowing what we now know it is time to ensure the American people that Congress will get the answers to the following questions:

• Who authored the stand down order to Lt. Col. Gibson which prevented Fest from engaging the  terrorists who were attacking the Benghazi mission?
• Where was Obama during the more than 12 hours of the siege and evacuation?
• Who ordered Rice and Clinton to lie to the American people?

For certain there are a few more questions we would like to have answers to.  Not the least of which is, will Hillary Clinton forsake her overwhelming desire to be the first female President (and the 2nd Communist) and fall on her sword for the Divider N Chief?

Knowing the Clintons as we do, its not likely that Slick Willie will allow that to happen.  Especially since its also not likely that Billy has changed his percipience of Obama's  abilities regarding the conveyance of the morning coffee break. (sorry about that, I couldn't help myself)

So.... stay tuned.  Breaking the law is bad enough. Breaking the law and causing the death of Americans?  Very, very serious.

Congress, the ball is in your court.  You had better not let us down, again.

MAY 3, 2013 TPATH - The dust has long since settled regarding this past Presidential election which has embittered, disappointed and jaundiced many of those recently awakened patriots who left the comfort of their homes, traveled to DC or state houses and protested the organized destruction of their country.  So many of them believed in their hearts, that millions of promulgating citizens, could wake up and shakeup, entrenched politicians.  The question is; Have they?

Let's review recent events:

• Obamacare was passed using questionable Senate procedures.
• Justice Roberts folded like like a Solyndra Solar panel and deserted his country.
• Four patriotic Americans were left alone in a 7 hour firefight while Obama rested up for a fund raiser.
• The Republican Congress has ignored the Constitution, under Article II relating to the "natural born citizen"  requirement to serve as America's President.
• The Us Attorney General provided Mexican drug lords with weapons which killed a border agent and many other innocent people.  Lots of talk, but no backbone and no substance from anyone to hold to account those responsible.
• The murderous cult called Islam has been allowed to infiltrate every aspect of our government and society as it continues to kill and maim Americans.
• America's ability to become energy independent is under constant assault from Obama's regulators
• Courts, judges, justices, prosecutors, state attorneys general as well as Congress and the media have ignored  a sitting President's creation and propagation of forged documents.
• The Republican Party, as well as law enforcement officials, during this past Presidential election cycle, submerged their collective heads in the sand and allowed the most egregious, blatant and in your face cheating, this or any other country, has ever seen.  Over 150 voting districts in this country reported not one single vote for MItt Romney.  Even Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein couldn't pull off numbers like that.
• Obama closes down important services to intentionally hurt the American people as a result of the Sequester that he proposed. And as the media sit there allowing Obama to blame the inept and AWOL Republicans, he is holding multimillion dollar parties and giving billions of dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood.
• The Republican Party is busy doing who knows what, while the Democrats, unconstitutionally, keep expanding "early voting" for Presidential Elections, which allows unfettered and behind closed door cheating. 
• Dragging  parents, awash in blood and misery over the loss of their children, into Obama's agenda of disarming all but criminals and the government has become standard operation in the war against the citizen's right to self defense.
  
• Regardless of the fact that the earth has been cooling for almost 2 decades and global warming studies have been proven to be intentionally falsified, the Carbon Tax push continues to be on the agenda of the left and commodiously ignored by the Republicans.
• Iran is being allowed to build atomic weapons.  Never in history has any country been forced to change major policy as a result of sanctions.  Obama knows this.  The media know this.  The Republicans know this.  Fortunately, Israel knows this.
  
• Obama has written or expanded over a thousand new Executive Orders which infringe on almost every aspect of our constitutional rights.  What is happening to stop this illegal "law making"?  Nothing!
• Government spending has been expanded into the realm of disbelief and  well beyond the ability of the average person to fathom. 
  
• The Federal Reserve continues creating dollars from thin air, from which hyper inflation, once begun, will be relentless and devastating to all but the very wealthy.   
  

Of course, in this dismal list of treachery and treason, which is proceeding mostly unabated, there may have been some small manifestation of victories resluting form the work of citizen patriots and a few elected politicians. 

The reality, unfortunately, is that the future and the prospects for stopping this expirtation of  the America our fathers and theirs have given us, are bleak.  For every skirmish won, too many large battle are being lost.

Please be aware, that this dissertaion, this dismal prognostication is not meant to suggest that our dedicated patriots will ever give in or give up.  Becasue those who have taken on this fight, will not.

So if roads are blocked, legal and lawful means are ignored, it maybe time to rethink the battle plans, the methods.   Not by use of stratagem, but by honest work, sacrifice and reorganization.  The only way to save what we cherish may just be the isolation of the cancerous lesions which threaten the whole.

              When Will The New Jersey GOP Get It?

In my last article I stated the GOPNJ is the only state Republican Party in the Union that has not adopted the Republican National Committee Platform. One must ask, why? Well one Republican Assemblymen, in a sullen whimper told me, “Nick you just don’t understand, New Jersey is mostly liberal, we have to compromise.“

Phantom Politics:

Republicans in Trenton are like ghosts or apparitions. Democrats suspect they are there, speak of them from time to time, but ignore any possibility of threat or involvement. If the gossamer battle lines, drawn in flimsy and intentionally ineffective defense of our conservative values, represent all that Republicans can do, because, New Jersey is mostly liberal, what purpose do they serve?

So why is New Jersey the least free state in the Union, the second highest taxed, and with one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation? Well for certain, the standard fare of New Jersey, crony politics, kickbacks, taxes, and over borrowing are major factors. But as Republicans have chosen stealth over steel they have essentially relegated New Jersey to one party control.

Any Republican who will not “stand up” and fight, should “stand down” and make room for those who will.

Governor Christie, with spectral affinity to the agenda of propaganda employed by his hug buddy Obama, keeps telling us New Jersey is coming back. Coming back to what? From what? Back to where we were before the sales tax, the increases in property taxes and the institution of the state income tax? All of which were agreed to by Christie's gadflies or those they have chosen to emulate.

Coming back? No Governor, not until we “go back”, back to when New Jersey had strong leaders who protected the hardworking taxpayer. And when the hardworking taxpayer was not prohibited from protecting himself.

Any chance that will ever happen again here in the Garden State? Not looking good from this vantage point. Now, it appears that Christie, not only is not looking at cutting taxes, but has indicated he is backing a new one, on the internet.

It seems its not good enough to have “brick and mortar” companies here floundering and struggling to make a profit, its time to do the same to the internet businesses. Great idea! Oh yea Governor, we are coming back.

Returning the attention back to the RNC Platform, the one the GOPNJ refuses to adopt. The reasons for that may be coming to view.

• Could it be because the National Platform of the GOP came out with a resolution calling for cooperation with conservative grassroots movements?

• Could it be because the RNC platform supports tax reform and lower taxes?

• Could it be that the RNC has called for stricter adherence to the Constitution?

Christie's comments about instituting yet more unconstitutional infringements on the honest citizen's 2^nd Amendment rights and even more taxes would be in stark contrast to the National Republican Platform.

In Part 1 of this series the NJGOP as well as our Governor were referenced as Democrat-Lite. However, in Governor Christie’s case maybe not all that lite. One would wonder when he will pull a Charlie Chris and switch parties. At this point, he is far ahead of where Charlie Chris was in Obama brownie points.

Just today, Christie continued with his one man admiration society pumping up his buddy Obama while talking to ultra liberal Joe Scarborough. Needless to say the good Governor knew he needed to plant the required, Obama and I are 95% in disagreement on political matters. Really? Let's review. Both Obama and Christie appoint leftists to the court system, both of them cater to and appoint Muslims, both love the idea of cap and trade, both are working to destroy gun rights, both are into new ways to tax and grow government, Obama refuses to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act and Christie appoints to the New Jersey Supreme Court, a leftist who totally agrees with that agenda.

So where is the 95% disagreement? Maybe they disagree on the size of food portions at the buffet table or maybe on who is better looking, Michelle or Reggie Love.

The nature of our political party system is that anyone can register in any party they so choose. The Marxist “Mommy State” politician, Large Soda Bloomberg, profoundly proves that point. But, calling oneself and astronaut, an engineer or a Republican, doesn't make it so.

Instead of working to find conservative candidates, those who may truly help turn New Jersey's economy around, the NJGOP Republican Convention last March committee people were told who the candidates would be. Those hand picked by the GOP were paraded on stage and no consideration was given to any but their picks. This happened in Monmouth County, but its a very good bet, Monmouth is no anomaly

The Governor is not the only problem here. Congressmen, Assemblymen, state senators are all the ingredients which continue to fowl the recipe for a prosperous NJ. When is the last time you have heard from your Congressman? Except of course during the campaign season when they need some cash. Heck, there is one congressman who doesn't even live in New Jersey and hasn't for many years. And though it may be difficult to blame him for wanting to live anyplace but the liberal Garden State, he does manage to get back here for a few weeks just prior to the November elections. How can this man represent NJ when he hasn't spent more than a few months here in the last 12 years?

And.....

When was the last time you heard (Assemblymen, Senators, and Freeholders) any of them demanding Governor Christie remove the automatic 2-percent cap for education funding– that after 5 years your property taxes will increase over 11-percent for education alone or a freeze on municipal taxes. What about the second Amendment? This is just the tip of the ice-berg

All we hear is please come to my fund raiser--That’s the problem, the NJGOP doesn’t get it, the establishment decides who will represent us, no debates, no choice, no voting on candidates. Just do as you’re told. And certainly, don’t expect us to allow any challenger to present their views to Republican Clubs.

People, it is time for a change. We need strong conservative candidates not only in the Republican party but in both parties. If conservatives are blocked out the two parties, we need to look elsewhere, such as Independents.

Every candidate and incumbent should read the legislation proposed by individual citizens listed on the non-partisan TeamNJ-USA.com website. You will find much there that would protect your freedom and financial future.

April 27, 2013 TPATH- After having spent many decades working, building businesses and careers, raising  families, as so many other Americans have done, it has dawned on many of us, that maybe, just maybe, the typical political candidate, really doesn't become an an expert immediately after being elected.  They may become more arrogant, but remain quite stupid.

As our awareness of just how incompetent and ignorant most of these "elected experts" are and have been, it certainly is no surprise that this country is in such peril.  In fact, after hearing elected buffoons make statements like the ones below, it is a wonder why we are already not finished as a nation.  Some of us believe we are.

• We were told by one congressman that we had better not put too many people on a particular island for fear it would tip over and sink.
• Another wondered if the Mars Rover could be directed to the location where our astronauts planted the American Flag.
• Yet another informed the world that sharks still patrol the Atlantic Ocean looking to make an easy meal of slaves thrown overboard.
• A congresswoman, seeking to destroy the 2nd Amendment, informed us bans on large capacity magazines would save lives because "once they are empty, they will be useless".  Sort of like her grey matter.
• And of course there's the brilliant boob, VP Biden instructing women to empty their shotguns in the air if they come under threat of attack. Not only is that illegal, but the weapon will be empty of ammunition if the attack comes quickly. 

These are just a few instances.  There are many, many more.  In fact just, the idiocy of Biden could fill pages.

Now we have Senator McConnell assuming the position of "expert" as he informs a constituent on the finer points of Article II of our Constitution. Which by they way, he clearly has never even read.

A bit of background on what it was that caused "Professor McConnell" to expose his not so veiled incompetence.

Many of you may not be aware of the latest facts which have been uncovered that add to the mountains of other information, regarding Obama and his non-eligibility to serve as America's President.  If you get your news from Fox or Mark Levin or any of the other so called conservative outlets, as must McConnell, this will be news to you.

When an American citizen who travels outside of the country on a passport, and if that person is the guardian or parent of an infant child who is traveling with her/him, the guardian's passport must be updated to include a picture and information on the child. 

A person can not leave the country on an international flight, with an infant, without that paperwork being complete. 

So what does that have to do with Obama?  For those who have followed the colossal piles of miss-representations, forged and manipulated documents as well as the many deleted and hidden records concerning this one man, it has been the contention of those covering up for Obama, that his mother gave birth to him in Hawaii, then traveled, shortly thereafter to Kenya, taking along the newborn Obama.

It looks like the armies of forgers and document destroyers missed a very important document.  They have been good at removing the maternity hospital's visitor logbook from public view, since that would have shown that no one, not even Obama's mother's parents visited her during or after the birth. Which of course would be a very strong indication that she wasn't there herself, nor was baby Obama.

And despite what the expert Senator McConnell said, Obama's people have successfully hidden the original birth certificate, no one of authority has seen it. Ever.  That document was most likely the easiest thing to obscure, because it probably doesn't exist.

Relating further to travel and passports. Obama's passport is under deep cover.  Who knows what it would reveal about who Obama is, where he traveled and under what designation?  Some speculate his passport identifies him as a "foreign student".  One might wonder why the news media wouldn't be interested in that.  Maybe because, no matter what Obama is, he isn't a Republican. 

And too, during the decades of international flights, the government has kept records and stored them on microfiche.  These records listed all individuals and children who were flying in and out of the country.  If Obama was born in Hawaii and taken to Kenya, he and his mother would be listed.  Of course if she was listed, without the future community agitator, it might indicate he was still in the oven.

Here's a little quiz.  Of the 30 years of government records, can you speculate which set of records is missing from the microfiche files?  If you really need help with this, here's the answer.  The two week period during which Momma Obama traveled out of the country.  What a coincidence, huh? 

The diversions, document fraud, obfuscations and manipulations, connected to this one person, would make the ever transparent Federal Reserve blush with embarrassment.

So what is this latest passport issue?  It seems the "document destruction team"has overlooked something.  Momma Obama's passport has been found. With dated, stamped and verified travel to Kenya. Every piece of data is there, except for one minor little point.  No baby Obama.  No picture, as required.  No information on a tiny "citizen" traveling with mother to another country. 

In short, if Obama had already been born, his mother could not have taken him out of the country without updating her passport.  It simply would not have been allowed.

This information troubled Louis Hodges, a constituent of McConnell, so a letter was written and delivered to the good Senator.  Please click here to read that letter.

"When you contacted my office, you mentioned your concerns regarding President Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States. During the 2008 election season, President Obama released a copy of his birth certificate stating he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961. Since the election, several public officials — including Republican Governor Linda Lingle – have viewed and certified the original document. The consensus is clear that President Obama is a natural-born citizen."

News flash to McConnell. Even if Obama was born on the steps of the Washington Monument, he will never be a natural born citizen because his father was never a US citizen.  Every minute he spends in our White House is an affront to the American people and our Constitution. 

Make no mistake about it.  The damage he has done and will do to this country, and those whom have covered for him, will be remembered in history.

March 25, 2013 -TPATH -  Recently Glenn Beck made a statement that appears to have gone unnoticed by most. The context of what he was saying was cast to the mundane when he admitted, after years on TV and the radio of saying the opposite, that he was prevented from taking up subjects by the stations where he worked.  This not only included FOX, but FOX was the object of the comment.

What does this tell us about the so called hard nosed,  conservative commentators we welcome into our homes each day in search of an alternative to the progressive media?  Well, for the most part it tells us that each of them are hypocrites at best and lying traitors at worst.

Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and even the exalted one, Rush Limbaugh are under orders and constraints to avoid topics, and each of them, day after day, lie about it.  The half truths and intentionally misleading information coming from those we have depended upon are actually worse when this deception comes from, supposedly, our side.

This probably explains why the eligibility issue and Obama's many forged documents have been consistently ignored and those that bring up the subject are belittled and ridiculed.  It may not explain however why Beck has been the most abusive to his listeners, coming in just ahead of Mark Levin in nastiness, now that he has his own network.  Oh but it does.  Mr. Beck is and has been working, from day one, to get his internet show on as many cable and TV outlets as possible.

If he knows that discussing Obama's crimes and ineligibility will prevent his show from being picked up, he will do what he needs to do, he just told us that.

Even though Mr. Beck claims that he has, in his words, "debunked" the birthers, he has done nothing of the sort.  In fact he admits that Obama's birth certificate is a forgery.  He says that Obama did this just to tweak the birthers.  This is debunking?  A couple of questions for Glenn.  Why?  Why would the Chief Executive of the most powerful country in the world forge anything?  Why would he not, many years ago, tell Hawaii to release the original birth certificate?  Maybe there isn't one?

Glenn thinks this is just some kind of game the usurper is playing?  Well, Obama has either authorized or ordered a forgery of an official document and then waved waved it in front of the world claiming its legitimacy.  To Mr. Beck, this is nothing more than a joke?  No, no its not.  Its called a felony.  Mr. Beck's charade against corruption, fraud and  unconstitutional happenings in this country, and in his words, by both parties, is just that, a charade.

Its not necessary to go into detail on all of the crimes Obama and his people have committed.  Every one of which is being hidden from the American people by all those who should be and are supposed to be the watchdogs of our laws and the future of our country.  The news media, and that is all of the news media, Congressmen, Senators, judges and prosecutors are all on the wrong side of history.  None of them will be able to say, " I didn't know".  Those who know are hiding it and those that don't know, don't want to.

That is the very sad state we find ourselves in.    If all parts of a law are not enforced, no part can be.  This of course is the goal of the left and  Obama with his world order views.  But what is even worse, our side, those that rabble-rouse about the Constitution and then dismiss the attacks upon it for personal gain, are the most traitorous and egregious of the bunch.

If it wasn't before, it should be very clear now, that neither party nor any faux conservative talk show host, except Micheal Savage and Arron Klein,  want to stop Obama's leftist agenda.   They are all one and the same.  The lefties, while they may hide the extent of their agenda, are actually more honest than those claiming to want to stop it.

Here's why.  The one way to stop Obama's progression towards a "socialist utopia" is right in front of them.  Its called the Constitution.  The one way to stop Obamacare, the decimation of our military and the destruction of the American economy is being ignored by all of them.
 
If you hired  carpenters to build an addition on your house and they proceeded to hammer nails with the handle of a screwdriver, instead of a claw hammer, your first thought should be aimed at getting them out of your house. 

Its way past time, we Americans do the same for our houses.

March 5, 2013 TPATH- If anyone here in New Jersey still has any doubt that the Republican politicians in this state are any less progressive and ignorant than the Democrats they claim to oppose, this latest "gun buy back" program announced yesterday by our Republican Attorney General, should put an end to it.

This latest idiocy is an extension of an earlier program in Camden and North Jersey where your politicians, the very people responsible for New Jersey's billions of dollars of debt, handed over an estimated $1 million  to gang bangers, criminals, burglars and thieves.

As has been the case not just here in New Jersey, but gun buy back  programs across the country such as Chicago, where most of the weapons which were turned in have been old, rusty, damaged and inoperable, were not a danger to anyone.

It might be asking too much of our politicians to check statistics on to what extent gun buying programs actually reduced violence before copying wasteful programs or continuing to hand over millions of tax payer dollars  to criminals and enterprising hoarders of useless junk.  There are no real hard facts or legitimate  ways to discern the validity  of such programs, except to compare crime stats before and after the programs were instituted.  No buy back program anywhere in this country has seen a drop in crime.  In many areas crime actually increased.

Many cities across the country are reconsidering their gun buying programs, finally, after millions of dollars wasted on this purely "feel good" but truly dangerous program.   New Jersey however, has no intention of learning from other's mistakes.  No sir, we need to follow the same idiotic paths as the fools who came before us.

Dangerous?  Why is it dangerous?  To answer that question you need to look at what weapons are turned in and of course, who is turning them in.  Thanks to the "no questions asked policy" anyone who has a stolen firearm or owns a firearm illegally, can prance in and get up to $250 of your taxed dollars.   What will these "gentlemen" do with your money?  Will they then drop out of the crime business, resign from their gangs,  buy a suit and get a job on Wall Street?  Not likely.

What is more probable, he will take that money and buy more ammunition for the good gun he kept.  You know, the one that can actually fire  rounds as opposed to the rusted piece of crap you just paid him $100 for.  Or he may combine the money you just gave him with money from his last crime and buy a really good weapon from Willie down on Springfield Ave.

As we stand by and watch our politicians pay good money for bad merchandise, we need to look into just who is turning in weapons and why?  A few really nasty stats here.

1. Most of the weapons turned in are inoperable.
2. Every single criminal that has turned in a broken, rusted or cheap weapon, either has another one or will purchase another one.
3. Many weapons turned in are old, were left to widows, have been stashed away in trunks or crawl spaces and would never have seen the light of day except someone decided to give them your money to throw their's away.
4. Thefts of firearms always rise just prior to and during the "no questions asked" buy back programs.
 

A final note for all of you emotionally controlled legislators and politicians.  You may well think you are doing the right thing and saving lives with this ridiculous program.   The hard facts are you are not saving lives, just wasting money.   Criminals will always be armed, $100 will never encourage them not to be.  And while you lay your progressive little heads down on your pillows each night, feeling comfortable that you did something to make New Jersey safer, the reality is, handing money to gang members may have had the opposite affect.  Sleep on that.

How comfortable would you be if this program was named to reflect what it actually did?  
  Such as: "The Criminal's Weapon Improvement Program".  

TPATH has a suggestion for a new law that would not cost tax payers money and would make our streets safer.

February 18, 2013 - TPATH  While there are many states with many political factions throughout these United States, New Jersey has always had a diverse population, and therefore a diverse legislature. In days past all legislators, irrespective of party affiliation, honored their oaths of office and considered themselves to be servants of the people. The times – they are a changing.

The New Jersey Firearms Hearings Were a Farce

New Jersey’s demographics reflect the changes we are seeing throughout America, but with that change the stench of elitism has arrogantly filled the hallowed halls of the State’s capital. At no time was the stench more odoriferous than at the State’s firearm hearings on February 13th.

The objections of the multitudes that flooded the halls were barely tolerated – to the point of several bills being voted on before public comments were heard. The commonality once shared by all legislators to support the Constitutions of the USA and of New Jersey had little bearing on the ideologues eager to recreate New Jersey according to their own worldview. The fact that they were elected to protect our government and took an oath to support our Constitutions meant nothing to them. The Constitutions they swore to support have become an inconvenience, which they circumvent and disregard at whim. This has resulted in an effective coup d’état that has gone unnoticed.  In New Jersey, as in other liberal-leaning states, the very people who are supposed to be protecting, preserving and supporting our state and national Constitutions are the very same people that are blatantly dismantling them piece by piece.  In short, it is the foxes that are now guarding the hen house.

Eric Holder said that no crisis should go to waste. It is shameful that our legislators are now exploiting the Newtown tragedies to promote their own agendas. They have used the recent barrage of violence against the innocent to further their goals to disarm America. This time the innocent victims won’t be those in classrooms, they will be all the citizens and residents of these United States. The only opposition to these treasonous ideologues has been a well-informed contingent of citizens who understand that our right to bear arms was not only created to protect us from criminals and terrorists but also to protect us from tyranny.

What checks and balances?

The problem is compounded by the now defunct check and balance system we all relied on to protect our constitutional rights.  Nationwide our rights are disintegrating before our very eyes.  And neither logic nor threats of impeachment faze these “servants of the people” who disrespect our rules of law but demand respect from our citizens in turn.  It is reasonable to assume that although they may be ideologues, they surely must be able to read and understand our Second Amendment that states: “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” is not a request; it is a demand.  It is an inalienable right protected in our Constitution. The right that should be in question is the right of our legislators to subvert our Constitution. This is the right that does not exist but has tyrannically been created by treasonous ideologues bent on dismantling America and all our liberties under the pretense of taking care of us.  Most dictatorships made the same promises to gain power.  All dictatorships broke those promises once they amassed their power base – as it was always their intention to do.

When will this stop?

When will this insanity stop?  I believe only when We the People rise up and speak with one voice that we will not tolerate these treasonous acts that subvert our laws, overthrow our system of government, and strip us of our God-given rights. Storming the Bastille may not be possible in America but we do have statehouses.  There is a time when civil disobedience becomes civic responsibility.  As New Jersey strives to compete with New York and other liberal states in its illegal disregard for our Constitutions, liberty’s best hope is in We the People who understand their civic responsibility.

Every single individual who is either in Congress, the United States Senate or a state's legislature, should be required to answer these questions and then, every law they write or sponsor and how they vote on those laws, should all be based upon their honest answers.
  
1.   Do you deny that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights - (Amendments 1-10), are legal and binding law for America?

2.   Did you refuse to swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution when you took office?

3.   Do you believe individuals or groups should be able to pick and choose what laws they will abide by?

4.   Do you believe that selected portions of a legal document can be ignored without degrading the integrity of the entire contract? 

5.   Do you believe any part of the Constitution can be altered or voided without implementing those alterations via the provisions defined therein?

6.   Do you believe that any part of a contract or law can be lawfully changed without going through the legal process?

7.   Do you believe that the wealthy and the political elite are entitled to a higher level of equality than the rest of society?

8.   Do you believe it is possible to pass a law that will prevent criminals from obtaining and using firearms?

9.   Would you prefer a society where only the criminals were armed?

10. Do you believe that governmental tyranny is an anomaly of the past and can never happen again?

11. Do you believe a government is more likely to be less oppressive when its citizens are  unarmed?

12. If your loved ones were trapped in a location where everyone was being murdered, would you be comfortable knowing you passed a law which will prevent a good Samaritan from stopping the carnage?

13. Do you believe it is possible to remove every firearm from the country so that no one, criminal or honest citizen, will ever be able to use one?
 
If Your public servants answer NO to these questions and then find themselves voting YES to "infringe" on the 2nd Amendment, or any other law that runs contrary to the Constitution, they will have proven they are voting ideologically  and not Constitutionally and will in fact be in violation of the law and should be impeached or removed from office.

However, if even one of these questions received a YES answer, proof of their ignorance, naivety and blind arrogance should be sufficient to enlighten everyone to their incompetence.

Trenton, NJ- State House -(TPATH)  For such short notice the turnout was surprisingly large. For a good idea of the total number please check out the Asbury Park Press estimate, and then multiply that number by 3.

While there was a fairly large crowd it seemed that there may not have been any valid reason for them to put the group in two different rooms. Unless of course one might consider the “Divide and Concur” concept might be in play.

Even though tax payers have payed for excessive amounts of "state of the art", audio-video equipment, those who actually paid for it, that's us, were only given an audio feed from the proceedings. Either they thought that crowd control might be difficult if we could see the scoundrels in the process of destroying the Constitution or they were scared to show us what they looked like.

The session began with Chairman Charles Mainor's opening remarks. For some reason, he thought it best to begin by letting everyone listening know he had no interest in taking our firearms. This was about as convincing as an Obama forged birth certificate. For sure, not a soul in the Chamber believed him, including the leftists of his party.

Then, in complete contrast to his opening statement, every move he made during the balance of the hearing, endeavored to do just what he claimed he didn't want to do. We were all so very surprised. Not!

Many, if not all introductory speakers, those who either wrote or co-sponsored the various illegal legislation, were given extra time. But when it was the people's time to speak, the timekeeper was extremely strict, interrupting the speaker at a time clearly designed to prevent a complete thought from being introduced. One could not be blamed for thinking we had been transported back in time to a Kandy Crawley Presidential debate.

Most of us who have, over the years, watched the liberties and freedoms afforded us by the Constitution, being crushed by not only the Democrats, but by those in our own party, were very pleasantly surprised by Sean Kean, who actually sounded like a Conservative. This lapse into sanity on his part may be a good sign that our people are beginning to see the light. Well, we can hope can't we?

Typical of politicians, not just here in New Jersey, it was quite clear that the gang of sycophants who were presenting the proposals neither read nor had a clue as to what the propositions were or represented.. The reason for the “audio only” setup became clear. They didn't want their faces connected to their ignorance.

Those good Americans who were speaking on behalf of the 2^nd Amendment were entirely more informed and educated than were any of the politicians who work for them.

They were all inspiring, but none more so than New Jersey's tireless defender of American values, Mr. Nicholas Purpura*, the Eagle. Mr. Purpura “electrified” the crowd with his passion, his knowledge and his undying energy and love for his country. Everyone in America should get a chance to hear what Nick said and the emotion in which he said it, but alas, no media outlet will report his words or replay his message.

Typical of Nick, he held back nothing in his fearless charge. TPATH will watch to see if his remarks get posted anywhere such as Facebook, etc. and will let our readers knew. If it does get posted, be sure to listen to the most uplifting dissertation you will have heard in a long, long time.

February 4, 2013 TPATH - Most of us who spend time watching sports to get away from the nightmare scenario of economic destruction, over taxation, a weakening military and the dread of a total collapse of the United States Constitution, expect that those few hours can be spent devoid of leftist propaganda.

Well, not if its NBC covering the sports event.   They just can't help themselves.   While watching the TPC Golf Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona where Phil Michelson came close to breaking several long standing records as he dominated the field of world wide professional golfers ,  I did got an answer yesterday, to one very puzzling question concerning ex-golfer Johnny Miller.

Johnny Miller, who did have several years of successful professional golf, developed the "yips" which is a psychological defect which prevents the golfer from being able to sink even the shortest putts.  This quickly ended his playing career.  But he was hired by NBC as a commentator and has done nothing but irritate the players and the viewers with his arrogance and elitism ever since. 

Over the years we have heard him belittle players for making a bad shot or boldly announcing the guy just missed a simple putt, and this from a guy who couldn't make a one footer, to announcing how improbable it was to see a person with the name Rocco Mediate, competing on a high level in the world of professional golf.  He never was made to explain that remark.

For anyone who may have been paying attention late Sunday, the reason Miller has his job with NBC became crystal clear. He is one of them.  As mentioned earlier, Phil was finishing up one of the best tournaments of his career and what did Mr. Miller have to add to the amazing day?  He referenced Phil's concern that living in California, he was getting to keep just 38 cents out of every dollar he earns and that that huge tax burden was preventing him form investing in other ventures outside of golf.

Miller, who I'm sure has never failed to make additional payments to the IRS beyond what the laws call for, chastised Phil for those comments and called them "Phills' double bogey".  Its quite clear that in Miller's world, wanting to keep what you have earned is equivalent with one of golf's most dreaded events, the double bogey.

One nice thing did happen yesterday relating to Mr. Miller.  Just before the golf ended and the Super Bowl began, Johnny Boy made it clear just how distraught he would be if the 49ER'S were to lose the big game.

After reading Ms. Werthmann's story above the one thing we should take from it is, they never saw it coming.  They never imagined any government or any human could or would do to them, what they did.
Does this sound familiar?

These people were gradually led to slaughter, like so many cattle in the butcher line, never having the advantage of knowing and understanding history.  They might be able to be excused for their naivety and their downfall. Americans can claim no such excuse.  


Now, back to the numbers.  If nothing else this should wake everyone up to the true agenda.  God help this country if we don't start seeing what is behind us and understanding what could lie ahead.

This data should prove to you and everyone that the agenda of your leftist government has nothing to do with their concern about Americans being killed by firearms but, it has everything to do with un-arming the public to where they will not be a threat to present and future plans for domination.

While Americans are dying each year by hundreds of thousands, by means which dwarf deaths by firearms, what has become the total focus of the Obama administration?  Anything that supports their planning to totally neutralize any opposition to their destruction of your rights and the Constitution.

Does this government care that it is 3.7 times more likely to be killed by an automobile than a firearm?
Does this government care that it is 28.4 times more likely to be killed by a doctor or a hospital worker than a firearm?

No because those deaths have nothing to do with subservience.

When you hear these leftist Marxists talking about their sadness and concern about "the children"  understand these numbers and you will understand their game.

0.00073% chance of being killed by malpractice

7,000 deaths/year from medication errors in hospitals

20,000 deaths/year from other errors in hospitals

It may be time to take a page out of the left’s play book. To the best of my recollection, the left began writing its new dictionary back in the early 1970s. They quickly learned that changing words could affect the argument by reshaping the public’s perspective. To name the most obvious, a baby became a fetus (which word, BTW, means an unborn calf – Ed.), sex education became a family/life curriculum and sexual perversion became a lifestyle choice. Regardless of their objectives, this strategy has proven to be effective. Therefore, I think those on the right side of issues might be wise to start calling a spade a shovel. My first suggestion would be to stop using archaic words when defending our Second Amendment rights.

What the Second Amendment really means.

The Second Amendment reads:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Due to the outdated words “militia” and “bear”, some of our leaders (such as Eric Holder) have sought to re-define the meaning of the Amendment by re-defining the words. I will also discuss the meaning of the word “infringe” at the end of this post.

In a 2008 United States Supreme Court Case (District of Columbia v. Heller), the Court ruled that the Second Amendment ensures an individual the right to bear arms. Regarding the word “bear”, according to SCOTUS, the word means to have and be entitled to and to have and use, among other things.

Mr. Holder disagrees. He stated that he doesn't believe that the Second Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. So what does Mr. Holder believe about the Second Amendment?

Holder has argued that a “well regulated Militia” means our Armed forces or our National Guard. Does that make sense? Logically it would seem absurd that any country needs to protect its right to keep Armed Forces and at the time the Second Amendment was written there was no such thing as a National Guard. (Nor a standing army, either – Ed.) It is even more absurd when you realize that our first 10 Amendments to the Constitution were written in order to preserve and protect the rights of citizens against the government – besides which, running our nation’s military had been clearly defined within Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution.

What did “militia” mean at the time of our Revolution?

The battle flag of the defenders at Gonzales. This was their answer to Generalissimo Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana, who demanded a return of their cannon.
Since the meanings of words are subject to change and interpretation, it would make sense to refer to how the words in questions were used at the time of the Revolutionary War. Thomas Fessenden, who fought at the Battle of Bunker Hill (also known as Breed’s Hill), was deposed on April 23, 1775. At that time Fessenden stated:

I, Thomas Fessenden, of Lawful age, testify and Declare, that, being in a Pasture near the meeting house, at said Lexington, on Wednesday last, at about half an hour before sunrise, I saw a number of Regular troops pass speedily by said meeting house, on their way towards a Company of Militia of said Lexington, who were assembled to the number of about one hundred in a company, at the Distance of eighteen or twenty rods from said meeting house; and after they had passed by said meeting house, I saw three Officers, on horseback, advance to the front of said Regulars, when one of them, being within six rods of the said Militia, cryed out, “Disperse, you Rebels, immediately,” on which he Brandished his sword over his head three times; meanwhiles the second Officer, who was about two rods behind him, fired a Pistol, pointed at said Militia, and the Regulars kept huzzaing till he had finished brandishing his sword, and when he had thus finished brandishing his sword, he pointed it Down towards said Militia, and immediately on which the said Regulars fired a Volley at the Militia, and then I ran off as fast as I could, while they continued firing, till I got out of their reach. I further testify, that as soon as ever the officer Cryed “Disperse, you rebels,” the said Company of Militia dispersed every way, as fast as they could, and, while they were Dispersing, the regulars kept firing at them incessantly: And further saith not.

In his deposition Fessenden makes a clear distinction between “Regulars” and the “Militia.” During the 18th century, a Militia was a body of citizen soldiers as distinguished from professional soldiers. Our Founders appreciated the importance of citizens being able to defend their local turf and their necessity to bear arms in order to do just that.

The most liberal Circuit Court in the nation, the Ninth, in Nordyke v. King seemed to agree. They stated:
The right to bear arms is a bulwark against external invasion. We should not be overconfident that oceans on our east and west coasts alone can preserve security. We recently saw in the case of the terrorist attack on Mumbai that terrorist may enter a country covertly by ocean routes, landing in small craft and then assembling to wreak havoc. That we have a lawfully armed populace adds a measure of security for all of us and makes less likely that a band of terrorist could make headway in an attack on any community before more professional forces arrived.

What those Executive Orders do?

Among the 23 Gun Control Executive Orders recently signed by Mr. Obama, #4 is even more disconcerting when considering Mr. Holder’s interpretation of words. This Order states:

Direct the attorney general (Mr. Holder) to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure that dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

This EO imbues Mr. Holder with the authority to categorize individuals that he believes are dangerous and should be denied their Second Amendment rights. Of course Mexican Drug Cartels are not subject to our Constitution, but the Fast and Furious debacle can serve as a further indication of Mr. Holder’s reasoning skills. In this topsy-turvy world where up is down and down is up, only God knows how Mr. Holder will interpret the word “dangerous.” To him “dangerous people” can mean anyone that challenges the Administration’s agenda in any way, shape or form.

What does “infringe” mean?

Lastly, the Second Amendment also states that our right to bear arms shall not be infringed. The word “infringed” is perhaps the most powerful word in the Amendment, as well as the word we discuss the least – an unfortunate combination. In a March 27, 2009 interview, Holder stated that we should re-institute the ban on assault weapons. But Mr. Holder isn’t the only public official infringing upon our Second Amendment right to bear arms. Governor Cuomo and Mayor Bloomberg, both from the State of New York, are ardent Second Amendment “Infringers.” My apologies for making up a word but none that I know off seem adequate in this instance.

Webster’s 1828 dictionary gives several meanings for the word infringe that apply. The ones that speak the loudest in this circumstance are: to break, to violate, to transgress, to neglect to fulfill or obey, to destroy or hinder, to injure, to hurt, to interrupt, to disturb, to oppose, obstruct or defeat the operation or effect of, to pass over or beyond any limit, to surpass, to demolish, to pull down, to ruin or annihilate, to lay waste or to make desolate, to cause to cease, to impede or restrain or obstruct.

The Second Amendment in modern English

The Second Amendment in modern day vernacular might read something like this:

An organized group of citizen soldiers who are not part of our Armed Forces are necessary to protecting the freedoms of their local communities and defending themselves and their families. Therefore, the right of all people to have and use firearms should not be violated, transgressed upon, destroyed or hindered, injured or hurt, interrupted, disturbed, opposed, obstructed, defeated, surpassed, demolished, pulled down, ruined or annihilated, laid waste, made desolate, caused to cease, impeded, restrained or obstructed in any way.


If all of the above isn’t enough, remember that our Founders based the principles of our government upon our inalienable God-given rights. Who can argue that one of these rights is our right to self-defense? When all is said and done and all arguments regarding the Second Amendment are laid to rest, our right to defend ourselves, our families and our communities is about as inalienable a God-given right as any right can be.


In conclusion, it just may be high time we start re-defining our Second Amendment right to bear arms as our right to self-defense. Infringing upon our right to self-defense might be a more difficult case to make than taking guns away from those deemed dangerous.

January 18, 2013  TPATH - Obama's New Jersey Cheerleader, Governor Chris Christie harshly criticized the National Rifle Association on Thursday for referring to U.S. President Barack Obama's children in an ad that advocates putting armed guards in schools, calling it "reprehensible" and "wrong."  

Several days following the November elections, many Republicans and Conservatives were wondering, and rightly so, if Christie had any idea of the damage he did to Romney's campaign and by extension, this country.   Having watched this man over the last several years and again this past week, the answer to that question has become quite clear.

Yesterday's comments, if anyone had a ray of hope that our so called "Republican Governor" had not intentionally derailed Romney, will have slammed the door on any last vestiges  of denial.

During these past tumultuous couple of weeks, the left has been looking upon the devastating slaughter of those children, as possibly and finally, the event they needed to get the citizens of this country unarmed.   That's not to say that any of them wanted this to happen, but they surely have shown they have no qualms about using this "crisis" for all it is worth.

We regularly have had questions concerning Christie, relating to his true allegiances. Today, we have a few more.

The instances of  Obama, his administration and the progressive left, using the "children" of this tragedy to further their decades long battle to destroy the Second Amendment are too numerous to count.

Here is a quote from Biden that should warm your heart:
“There is nothing that has gone to the heart of the matter more than the visual image people have of little 6-year-old kids riddled – not shot with a stray bullet – riddled, riddled, with bullet holes in their classroom.” 

This comment did not illicit "repulsion" from New Jersey's Governor.

Nor was he moved to comment on  Obama's not so Oscar winning performance, crying for the children, which failed to produce even a bit of misty eyes, when the announcement was made of the upcoming illegal activity he was planning.  On a side note,  if Bill Clinton wasn't so busy reminiscing about the days when "Obama would be fetching his coffee", he surely could have given the Usurper a tip or two on spontaneous tearing up.

Then, several days ago, as Obama rolled out, in great fanfare, his unconstitutional list of executive orders, while relating the fears of children who wrote him letters, and displaying several other children as props,  Governor Christie found no time or need to be repulsed.

So what was it that finally got Christie's  'repulsion meter' fluttering and begging for comment?

It seems that suggesting all children should be equally protected, not just those of the elite ruling class was it.  Yes sir, that did it for Waddles.  

All of those who have been battling the left's efforts to dismantle our Constitution, understand all too well that the media is nothing more than the propaganda wing of today's Marxist Democrats and it is expected that they will ignore anything repulsive or exploitative which has roots in the left, while feigning revulsion and dismay at even the most minor statements from Conservatives.  That is a given, and all those defending this country have come to knowledge that and deal with it. But when that same activity is perpetrated by, supposedly, one of our own, we need to seriously ask, who is this guy?

A final message to Christie, while no one can doubt that Obama's children, who are so very adorable, of course need and deserve more protection than the children of the masses, the children of the masses are also adorable and they too deserve to be protected.  

Reprehensible is the word of the day Governor Christie and it will be one which is recalled on your next election day.

Dear Sheriff,
A sheriff is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in each county in every state. Every sheriff swears an oath to “…support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.”

At this time, here and now, the American people are facing a domestic enemy that continually violates the U.S. Constitution. Yet, the spineless Congress as well as the Judiciary have very clearly demonstrated that that oath of office is meaningless, at least to them. And, as for courage?  They have none.

Who will stand up for the People?

Only the county Sheriff has the legal jurisdictional authority to stand against a tyrannical administration. The time has come for every Sheriff to decide whether he is a person of honor, who will abide by his oath of office to defend the Constitution. The question is, will our Sheriff cower to tyranny out of fear paving the way to tyranny?

Mr. Obama is contemplating nineteen “Executive Orders” to curtail firearm ownership. Legally it is inarguable such an order will irrefutably usurp the United States Constitution, which is and has been ajudicated as Positive Law. 

A point of reference - Amendment II:
"…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

First and foremost, the founding fathers defined militia as all men 16 to 60. The progressive Marxists would have you believe the militia is only the National Guard. That fabrication is repeatedly advanced by the leftists in order to disarm the public. At the time of the adoption of the 2nd Amendment, there was no such thing as state organized militias. In fact that entity did not come into existence until 1902.  Regardless, until and unless the people of this country ratify changes to the Second Amendment, Congress, the Executive Branch, or the Judiciary can not legally violate the right of the people to own and bear arms.

Let me make this absolutely clear, “Executive Orders” are not, nor ever will be law. Only the quislings in Congress have the authority to make law. And they too are bound by the parameters and script of the Constitution. Any law, produced in that institution must not, and legally can not, violate the people's rights as defined therein.

Robert Longley, at About.com, likewise confirmed how executive orders work.  While they do bypass the U.S. Congress and the standard legislative law making process, no part of an executive order may direct the agencies to conduct illegal or unconstitutional activities.

The Sheriff of any county, of every state, has the authority and obligation to arrest any federal agent or state official attempting to enforce unconstitutional regulations or any “Executive Order” that would usurp the constitutional rights of their citizens.

Sadly, the people of New Jersey, New York and other liberal bastions of progressive-ism have governors and legislators that repeatedly demonstrate their contempt of the Second Amendment. But there is a bright side. The Sheriff, who answers only to the people who elected him, short of a new revolution, is the last defense against federal and state tyranny.  Will we be able to count on them to do what they swore an oath to do?

Equal protection under the law.

Let’s take a different approach, I truly believe an argument can be made, that any regulation, legislation, or Executive Order banning or restricting any type firearm violates the “Equal Protection Clause.” Bear with me.

The law is well defined. The police can act only after a crime is committed. That’s right, they are under no obligation to protect you unless a crime is in progress or has occurred. A federal court in Washington D.C. made that clear. "The police are responsible to respond within a reasonable time frame and have no culpability, if a victim of a crime was injured regardless of how long it took to respond, even in a life and death situation".

Of course the parasites in public office have armed security details for themselves and their families, 24-7. Yet the rest of the population does not. Any high office holder, as well as political donors, can obtain a concealed firearm permits, even in liberal states. But the average law abiding citizen, who by the way foots the bill for the armed protection of those politicians, is almost never allowed a carry permit.

Is this equal protection under the law? Or like in George Orwell's "Animal Farm" and as in every communist nation on earth, are some people more equal than others?

Lastly, I remind the reader and especially every Sheriff what the most liberal Circuit Court in the nation, the Ninth, held in Nordyke v. King:

In yet another ruling, this from the US Supreme Court, in the case of District of Columbia vs. Heller, regarding the banning handguns in Washington D.C., Justice Antonin Scalia held in the majority opinion:

"The Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding."

So the question is Sheriff, you know the law, you understand the Constitution and you have seen judicial precedent, what will you do?

Will you defend the Constitution of the United States? Will you honor your oath of office? The citizens of the People’s Republic of New Jersey, as well as the people throughout the United States await your reply.

2. The increase in capital gains taxes, which Buffet and many other asset rich liberals were demanding, will take 514 years to cover Obama's deficit of just his first year as Usurper and Chief.

3. The projected additional tax dollars going to the government will be about $660 Billion a year.  The word projected  because that number fails, as it always does, to take into account the slowdown of investment and growth new taxes always create.

4. Here's a little ice water splash in the face of those Obama sycophants who were told only the nasty rich, those already paying for every government benefit check they receive each month, would be the only one's paying more taxes.  Everyone's paycheck will be reduced by 2%.  Not just those earning $400K a year but, everyone, even those on minimum wage who work a mop in McDonald's.  Most people, who may not be taking part in marijuana give away program, have no doubt already noticed their paycheck has shrunk.

5. The deal does not include even one dollar of spending cuts for at least two years which, if we can rely on history, means never.

6. For every $1 this budget deal "supposes" it will take in, the Obama administration and your GOP, will spend $2.

7. Those middle and upper middle income earners, who have worked, saved and invested, and who have paid taxes on everything they own, everything they have earned, if they have been successful in acquiring a second home, a decent investment portfolio and other assets, good news.  This budget deal steals 40% of your children s' inheritance.  Keep in mind that only those without the top flight accountants will pay this tax. As always, multi-millionaires and billionaires will work the system, through annuities and trusts, to get under that $5 million threshold. 

8. Regardless of whether or not the increase in tax rates on income will affect only the "productive rich", everyone will pay more for services and products as corporations raise prices or go out of business.  Those who purchase, pay the tax increases.

This Fiscal Cliff thing was, just as every other political phraseology has been, just another made up crisis scenario used to perpetrate yet another occasion to further destroy our country.   Oh yea!, There is a crisis alright.  But the train is already headed to the bottom of the canyon.  This bi-partisan suicide pact did not slow it down.  It actually sped it up.

Will the GOP take the deficit spending tool out of Obama's hands?  The answer is, no.  They will not stop his intentional economic destruction and they  will go down in history as equal partners.

December 30, 2012 TPATH - “Good & Evil” exist, it has been with us since the beginning. All the legislation in the world will not deter violence committed by sick demented evil individuals.   Adam Lanza suffered from mental illness, so where does the blame really belong?  The legislatures that reduced funding for mental institutions releasing these nuts into the general public?  Yes, to some extent.  But mental illness is only partly the blame.

New York’s Mayor Giuliani tried to rid the cities of homeless lunatics and in stepped the ACLU to protect their rights, to hell with the public’s safety.   Even if a few wackos were committed, the liberal left-wing psychiatrists, psychologists or progressive judges released them right back into the public arena.

It has been established Lanza was a nut case, but what about the second tragedy that took place in New York by a confirmed psychopath who shot and killed brave firefighters, who were trying to save lives and property? The killer, William Spengler, was a convicted felon who served 17 years in prison for killing his grandmother with a hammer more than three decades ago. So I ask, why the hell was this degenerate released from prison? I’m sure the parole board thought they had a good reason. Whether it was the cost to keep him committed or the usual psycho-babble about "everyone needing a second chance", as long as these decisions are made by incompetents, atrocities will continue.

Gun laws are unambiguous, for those educated in the public school system, that means completely clear in meaning, unable to be misunderstood. Both of these individuals referenced above, were restricted by law from buying even a B-B gun.

Who should we blame........ liberal judges, progressive legislators, or maybe the reprobates in the media who refuse to report anything which controverts their ideology? I personally blame all these America hating, progressives-communists who would deprive Americans of the ability to defend themselves, their families, and yes, God forbid, their country, form an ever growing leviathan government or raids by Islamic terrorist groups.


Gun Control is Not the Answer

I’m sick of the blame game, that firearms are the cause. The true blame lies with the left-wing mental midgets in our legislatures, the media and academia. For decades we have been told firearms are the cause and that more gun legislation is the answer. However, the indisputable truth remains, the more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens, the less crime. The statistics in every state and country bear out this statement.

Gun control will never stop the wanton killings, what it does assure, is that the criminal is given a free hand. Also history has shown gun control gives the government power over the people without fear of substantial resistance. Gun control is nothing but “people control”.

It is indisputable that the Second Amendment is positive law and therefore the Constitution would have to be amended before any legislation curtailing our rights to own firearms would be legal and constitutional. It has been all-out war against firearms since the setback in Heller v. Washington, DC, that supported the right to firearms ownership. Though a step in the right direction, that court ruling failed to go far enough.

What we have heard little of is the Nordyke v. King case where our rights were protected in a ruling by none other than the Ninth Circuit Court. That court, without much doubt, is most liberal court in the nation. It handed down a unanimous decision that upheld the Second Amendment. One would wonder if the these sitting Justices, as liberal as they were known to be, had the Obama Administration in mind when they cited their decision. The words of Justice Ronald M. Gould are worth repeating. He held:

“The right to bear arms is a bulwark against external invasion. We should not be overconfident that oceans on our east and west coasts alone can preserve security. We recently saw in the case of the terrorist attack on Mumbai that terrorist may enter a country covertly by ocean routes, landing in small craft and then assembling to wreak havoc. That we have a lawfully armed populace adds a measure of security for all of us and makes less likely that a band of terrorists could make headway in an attack on any community before more professional forces arrived. Second, the right to bear arms is a protection against the possibility that even our own government could degenerate into tyranny, and though this may seem unlikely, this possibility should be guarded against with individual diligence.”

The behavior of the Democratic politicians begs the question why 90% are hell bent on taking away our Second Amendment rights? Especially when it is the most important one that assures our freedom? It behooves every reader to review the "45 Declared Goals of the Communist Party" that were read into the Congressional record on January 10, 1963. Then ask yourself, have they met their goals? As the head of the American Communist Party has stated, "We no longer need our party, we own the Democratic Party".

Following the Newtown, Conn. tragedy a parade of political stooges have demonstrated they have no understanding of the oath to the Constitution they swore to uphold. These reprobates are given twenty-four hour security at the taxpayers’ expense, but they could not care less about the “general welfare” of the citizens.

Politicians rarely follow the law, but for some reason they believe other criminals will. As a result,
they and their families are protected and they have no problem leaving you and your family in the
cross hairs.

Let’s review the wisdom of a few of the political intelligentsia:

At the top of the list New York Democratic Governor Andrew “Spooky” Cuomo who in an interview stated he intended to present the legislature a package that, are you ready, "could have confiscation as an option". Paraphrasing, he also floated mandatory sale of personal firearms to the state, which in itself is confiscation. It may also include "permitting" – keep your gun but pay the state for the privilege. It’s a great way to suck out more money from the taxpayer and prevent those unable to pay from exercising their right to defend themselves.

Cuomo, if you will recall, while the head of HUD under the Clinton Administration, is the same liberal moron that blackmailed the banks into giving loans to individuals that had no ability to repay.

Despite what Obama has been saying, and the GOP has allowed him to say, that was the policy that created the housing bubble and the ultimate collapse.

And then there is Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), I’ll just quote this idiot, and let you draw your own
conclusion. “One of the definitions of a nation state is that the state has a monopoly on legitimate
violence. And the state ought to have a monopoly on legitimate violence.” This guy seems to have a monopoly on stupidity, but the question which begs to be asked here is, who’s dumber the elected officials in New York, or the voters who elect them?

Let’s not forget New Jersey’s, three stooges; Governor Chris “Blunderbuss” Christie,” a progressive
Republican (every political party has their share of fools) who doesn’t know diddle squat about the
Constitution, the Second Amendment, or firearms. This overstuffed bundle of buffet delights doesn’t believe an armed guard in your child's school, here in New Jersey, would avert a mass shooting. But those armed people guarding his rather generously sized posterior and the school where his children attend, well, that appears to be a different story. You see he is governor and very important. Your children? Not so much.

We in New Jersey are also blessed to have two of the most un-American Democrat wacko Senators. First, Senator Lautenberg (D), who needs to be propped up, have baby oatmeal wiped from his chin, and then told which way to vote on issues that will ensure the continued destruction of our Constitution. They will point him and his walker in the direction of removing your rights. Count on it.

Then there is everyone’s favorite Communist, Senator Menendez (D), who would have every illegal become a citizen. In fact he hires them regardless whether they are here legal or not. One has to wonder if this moron has ever looked at the statistics which list the number of violent crimes committed by his beloved illegals.

Where East Coast Meets West Coast

The Queen of stupidity, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, (D) Calif., has vowed to re-introduce the assault weapons ban at the start of the 2013 session. Sen. Dianne would limit gun sales, large magazines and or ammo drums. Her bill would ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession, not retroactively, but prospectively, clips of more than ten rounds. This self-hating liberal said, "The purpose of this bill is to get, weapons of war, off the streets".

The fact is, following the 1993 ban from 1994 to 2004, the number of mass shootings actually rose.
So much for the ban. It may shock this liberal to know statistics attest that most homicides are committed with hand-guns not so-called assault weapons.

Another one of her brainstorms, is to introduce a mandatory weapons buy-back program similar to the one introduced in Australia in 1996 that took 650,000 weapons, not off the streets, but out of the hands and homes of the law abiding citizens.

Her program would pay $500.00 per weapon. So let’s see, we have no less than 200-million firearms in the hands of the law abiding public. If only half of them, 100 million, turned them in it would cost the taxpayers $50 billion and would do nothing to prevent the next mass killer from doing his dirty work.

“Politically Correct”, suicidal, feel good legislation, based on emotion will result in more innocent deaths, but Feinstein and her liberal ilk won't be phased or deterred from those policies.

Space doesn't allow me to deservingly castrate the irrational behavior of the delusional Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who believes the banning of firearms and large sodas is the answer to a peaceful Utopian society.

It has been reported that Bloomberg is thinking of purchasing the New York Times. What a perfect match, a liberal newspaper working together with a Marxist government to destroy any remaining remnants of the Constitution. This "useful idiot" might want to see how much the First Amendment would mean if he is successful in helping them attain full control. Or he might consider asking a few journalists in Russia or Venezuela how their freedom of the press is going. That is, if he can find one not in jail or occupying a six foot hole.

I would remind Bloomy of another socialist regime and what it was capable of when leaders, not the people, are allowed to make law.

Here is an example: Herr Hitler and Herr Goebbels speeches upheld the firing of a Jewish movie director. In 1935 this procedure was formally entered into the criminal code: The Reich Supreme Court as the highest German tribunal must consider it its duty to effect an interpretation of the law which takes into account the change of ideology and of legal concepts which the new state has brought about. The court need not show consideration for jurisdiction of the past brought about by other ideologies and other legal concepts.

Loss of our Second Amendment, reminds us or at least it should, of Poland and the Warsaw Ghetto and how Jewish heroes, with only handful of firearms held the Nazis at bay.

In light of the murderous history of the left, not only as relates to the Jewish people, but to all humans living under the thumb of totalitarianism, how could any sane being, Democrat or Conservative, want to disarm the American people?

This current administration may well be the most racist, anti-Semitic and decisive in the history of our Republic. Who in their right mind would hand over security of their family and their religious freedom to this cadre of Communists and criminals?

In Conclusion:
“Gun Legislation” allows death, and guns save lives. No matter where in the world a lunatic is hellbent on killing, only a brave, decent citizen with a firearm, stands between them and carnage. Firearms save lives and statistics prove, in the hands of good people, according to Justice Department data, they protect or save lives more than 2.5 million times each year.
Democrats like to say they are for women’s rights yet they would  take away a woman’s right to protect herself. Irrefutable fact, approximately 200,000 women have defended themselves with firearms from sexual assault or abuse.

Are you aware that the one-world scoundrels at the UN, as well as the Russian and Chinese governments are urging the Obama Administration to disarm their citizens?

Introduction: After a lengthy, self-imposed informational black-out, my high-level DHS contact known as “Rosebud” emerged with new, non-public information about plans being discussed and prepared for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the near future. It is important to note that this black-out was directly related to the aggressive federal initiative of identifying and prosecuting “leakers,” at least those leaks and leakers not sanctioned by the executive office—the latter of which there are many.
 
Due to those circumstances, my source exercised an abundance of caution to avoid compromising a valuable line of communication until he had information he felt was significant enough to risk external contact. The following information is the result of an in-person contact between this author and “Rosebud” within the last 48 hours. With his permission, the interview was digitally recorded and the relevant portions of the contact are provided in a conversational format for easier reading. The original recording was copied onto multiple discs and are maintained in secure locations for historical and insurance purposes.

Meeting: The following began after an exchange of pleasantries and other unrelated discussion:

DH: Do I have your permission to record this conversation?
RB: You do.
 
DH: I’ve received a lot of e-mail from people wondering where you went and why you've been so quiet.
RB: As I told you earlier, things are very dicey. Weird things began to happen before the election and have continued since. Odd things, a clampdown of sorts. I started looking and I found [REDACTED AT THE REQUEST OF THIS SOURCE], and that shook me up. I’m not the only one, though, that found a [REDACTED], so this means there’s surveillance of people within DHS by DHS. So, that explains this cloak and dagger stuff for this meeting.

DH: I understand. What about the others?
RB: They are handling it the same way.

DH: I’ve received many e-mails asking if you are the same person giving information to Ulsterman. Are you?
RB: No, but I think I know at least one of his insiders.

DH: Care to elaborate?
RB: Sorry, no.

DH: Do you trust him or her. I mean, the Ulsterman source?
RB: Yes.

DH: Okay, so last August, you said things were “going hot.” I printed what you said, and things did not seem to happen as you said.
RB: You’d better recheck your notes and compare [them] with some of the events leading up to the election. I think you’ll find that a full blown campaign of deception took place to make certain Obama got back into office. The polls, the media, and a few incidents that happened in the two months before the election. I guess if people are looking for some big event they can point to and say “aha” for verification, well then I overestimated people’s ability to tell when they are being lied to.

DH: What specific incidents are you referring to?
RB: Look at the threats to Obama. Start there. The accusations of racism. Then look at the polls, and especially the judicial decisions about voter ID laws. Bought and paid for, or where there was any potential for problems, the judges got the message, loud and clear. Then look at the voter fraud. And not a peep from the Republicans. Nothing. His second term was a done deal in September. This was planned. Frankly, the Obama team knew they had it sewn up long before Election Day. Benghazi could have derailed them, but the fix was in there, so I never saw anything on my end to suggest a ready-made solution had to be implemented.

DH: What’s going on now?
RB: People better pay close attention over the next few months. First, there won’t be any meaningful deal about the fiscal crisis. This is planned, I mean, the lack of deal is planned. In fact, it’s necessary to pave the way for what is in the short term agenda.

DH: Wait, you’re DHS—not some Wall Street insider.
RB: So you think they are separate agendas? That’s funny. The coming collapse of the U.S. dollar is a done deal. It’s been in the works for years—decades, and this is one of the most important cataclysmic events that DHS is preparing for. I almost think that DHS was created for that purpose alone, to fight Americans, not protect them, right here in America. But that’s not the only reason. There’s the gun issue too.

DH: So, what are you seeing at DHS?
RB: We don’t have a lot of time, tonight—our meeting—as well as a country. I mean I have heard—with my own ears—plans being made that originate from the White House that involve the hierarchy of DHS. You gotta know how DHS works at the highest of levels. It’s Jarrett and Napolitano, with Jarrett organizing all of the plans and approaches. She’s the one in charge, at least from my point of view, from what I am seeing. Obama knows that’s going on and has say, but it seems that Jarrett has the final say, not the other way around. It’s [screwed] up. This really went into high gear since the election.

But it’s a train wreck at mid management, but is more effective at the lower levels. A lot of police departments are being gifted with federal funds with strings attached. That money is flowing out to municipal police departments faster than it can be counted. They are using this money to buy tanks, well, not real tanks, but you know what I mean. DHS is turning the police into soldiers.

By the way, there has been a lot of communication recently between Napolitano and Pistole [TSA head]. They are planning to use TSA agents in tandem with local police for certain operations that are being planned right now. This is so [deleted] important that you cannot even begin to imagine. If you get nothing else out of this, please, please make sure you tell people to watch the TSA and their increasing involvement against the American public. They are the stooges who will be the ones to carry out certain plans when the dollar collapses and the gun confiscation begins.

DH: Whoa, wait a minute. You just said a mouthful. What’s the agenda here?
RB: Your intelligence insider—he knows that we are facing a planned economic collapse. You wrote about this in your articles about Benghazi, or at least that’s what I got out of the later articles. So why the surprise?

DH: There’s a lot here. Let’s take it step by step if you don’t mind.
RB: Okay, but I’m not going to give it to you in baby steps. Big boy steps. This is what I am hearing. Life for the average American is going to change significantly, and not the change people expect. First, DHS is preparing to work with police departments and the TSA to respond to civil uprisings that will happen when there is a financial panic. And there will be one, maybe as early as this spring, when the dollar won’t get you a gumball. I’m not sure what the catalyst will be, but I’ve heard rumblings about a derivatives crisis as well as an oil embargo. I don’t know, that’s not my department. But something is going to happen to collapse the dollar, which has been in the works since the 1990s. Now if it does not happen as soon as this, it’s because there are people, real patriots, who are working to prevent this, so it’s a fluid dynamic. But that doesn’t change the preparations.

And the preparations are these: DHS is prepositioning assets in strategic areas near urban centers all across the country. Storage depots. Armories. And even detainment facilities, known as FEMA camps. FEMA does not even know that the facilities are earmarked for detainment by executive orders, at least not in the traditional sense they were intended. By the way, people drive by some of these armories every day without even giving them a second look. Commercial and business real estate across the country are being bought up or leased for storage purposes. Very low profile.

Anyway, I am hearing that the plan from on high is to let the chaos play out for a while, making ordinary citizens beg for troops to be deployed to restore order. But it’s all organized to make them appear as good guys. That’s when the real head knocking will take place. We’re talking travel restrictions, which should not be a problem because gas will be rationed or unavailable. The TSA will be in charge of travel, or at least be a big part of it. They will be commissioned, upgraded from their current status.

They, I mean Jarrett and Obama as well as a few others in government, are working to create a perfect storm too. This is being timed to coincide with new gun laws.

DH: New federal gun laws?
RB: Yes. Count on the criminalization to possess just about every gun you can think of. Not only restrictions, but actual criminalization of possessing a banned firearm. I heard this directly from the highest of my sources. Plans were made in the ‘90s but were withheld. Now, it’s a new day, a new time, and they are riding the wave of emotion from Sandy Hook, which, by the way as tragic as it was, well, it stinks to high heaven. I mean there are many things wrong there, and first reports are fast disappearing. The narrative is being changed. Look, there is something wrong with Sandy Hook, but if you write it, you’ll be called a kook or worse.

DH: Sure
RB: But Sandy Hook, there’s something very wrong there. But I am hearing that won’t be the final straw. There will be another if they think it’s necessary.

DH: Another shooting?
RB: Yes.

DH: That would mean they are at least complicit.
RB: Well, that’s one way of looking at it.

DH: Are they? Were they?
RB: Do your own research. Nothing I say, short of bringing you photographs and documents will convince anyone, and even then, it’s like [DELETED] in the wind.

DH: So…
RB: So what I’m telling you is that DHS, the TSA and certain, but not all, law enforcement agencies are going to be elbow deep in riot control in response to an economic incident. At the same time or close to it, gun confiscation will start. It will start on a voluntary basis using federal registration forms, then an amnesty, then the kicking-in of doors start.

Before or at the same time, you know all the talk of lists, you know, the red and blue lists that everyone made fun of? Well they exist, although I don’t know about their colors. But there are lists of political dissidents maintained by DHS. Names are coordinated with the executive branch, but you know what? They did not start with Obama. They’ve been around in one form or another for years. The difference though is that today, they are much more organized. And I’ll tell you that the vocal opponents of the politics of the global elite, the bankers, and the opponents of anything standing in their way, well, they are on the top of the list of people to be handled.

DH: Handled?
RB: As the situations worsen, some might be given a chance to stop their vocal opposition. Some will, others won’t. I suppose they are on different lists. Others won’t have that chance. By that time, though, it will be chaos and people will be in full defensive mode. They will be hungry, real hunger like we’ve never experienced before. They will use our hunger as leverage. They will use medical care as leverage.

DH: Will this happen all at once?
RB: They hope to make it happen at the same time. Big cities first, with sections being set apart from the rest of the country. Then the rural areas. There are two different plans for geographical considerations. But it will all come together.

DH: Wait, this sounds way, way over the top. Are you telling me… [Interrupts]
RB: [Over talk/Unintelligible] ...know who was selected or elected twice now. You know who his associates are. And you are saying this is way over the top? Don’t forget what Ayers said - you talked to Larry Grathwohl. This guy is a revolutionary. He does not want to transform our country in the traditional sense. He will destroy it. And he’s not working alone. He’s not working for himself, either. He has his handlers. So don’t think this is going to be a walk in the park, with some type of attempt to rescue the country. Cloward-Piven. Alinsky. Marx. All rolled into one. And he won’t need the rest of his four years to do it.

DH: I need you to be clear. Let’s go back again, I mean, to those who speak out about what’s happening.
RB: [Edit note: Obviously irritated] How much clearer do you want it? The Second Amendment will be gone, along with the first, at least practically or operationally. The Constitution will be gone, suspended, at least in an operational sense. Maybe they won’t actually say that they are suspending it, but will do it. Like saying the sky is purple when it’s actually blue. How many people will look at the sky and say yeah, it’s purple? They see what they want to see.

So the DHS, working with other law enforcement organizations, especially the TSA as it stands right now, will oversee the confiscation of assault weapons, which includes all semi-automatic weapons following a period of so-called amnesty. It also includes shotguns that hold multiple rounds, or have pistol grips. They will go after the high capacity magazines, anything over, say 5 rounds.

They will also go after the ammunition, especially at the manufacturer’s level. They will require a special license for certain weapons, and make it impossible to own anything. More draconian than England. This is a global thing too. Want to hunt? What gives you the right to hunt their animals? Sound strange? I hope so, but they believe they own the animals. Do you understand now, how sick and twisted this is? Their mentality?

The obvious intent is to disarm American citizens. They will say that we’ll still be able to defend ourselves and go hunting, but even that will be severely regulated. This is the part that they are still working out, though. While the plans were made years ago, there is some argument over the exact details. I know that Napalitano, even with her support of the agenda, would like to see this take place outside of an E.O. [Executive Order] in favor of legislative action and even with UN involvement.

DH: But UN involvement would still require legislative approval.
RB: Yes, but you’re still thinking normal - in normal terms. Stop thinking about a normal situation. The country is divided, which is exactly where Obama wants us to be. We are as ideologically divided as we were during the Civil War and that rift is growing every day. Add in a crisis - and economic crisis - where ATM and EBT cards will stop working. Where bank accounts will contain nothing but air. They are anticipating a revolution and a civil war rolled into one (emphasis added by this author).

Imagine when talk show hosts or Bloggers or some other malcontent gets on the air or starts writing about the injustice of it all, and about how Obama is the anti-Christ or something. They will outlaw such talk or writing as inciting the situation - they will make it illegal by saying that it is causing people to die. The Republicans will go along with everything as it’s - we have - a one party system. Two parties is an illusion. It’s all so surreal to talk about but you see where this is headed, right?

DH: Well, what about the lists?
RB: Back to that again, okay. Why do you think the NSA has surveillance of all communications? To identify and stop terrorism? Okay, to be fair, that is part of it, but not the main reason. The federal agencies have identified people who present a danger to them and their agendas. I don’t know if they are color coded like you mentioned, red, blue, purple or peach mango or whatever, but they exist. In fact, each agency has their own. You know, why is it so [deleted] hard for people to get their heads around the existence of lists with names of people who pose a threat to their plans? The media made a big deal about Nixon’s enemies list and everyone nodded and said yeah, that [deleted], but today? They’ve been around for years and years.

DH: I think it’s because of the nature of the lists today. What do they plan to do with their enemies?
RB: Go back to what Ayers said when, in the late ‘60s? ‘70s? I forget. Anyway, he was serious. But to some extent, the same thing that happened before. They - the people on some of these lists - are under surveillance, or at least some, and when necessary, some are approached and made an offer. Others, well, they can be made to undergo certain training. Let’s call it sensitivity training, except on a much different level. Others, most that are the most visible and mainstream are safe for the most part. And do you want to know why? It’s because they are in the pockets of the very people we are talking about, but they might or might not know it. Corporate sponsorship - follow the money. You know the drill. You saw it happen before, with the birth certificate.

It’s people that are just under the national radar but are effective. They have to worry. Those who have been publicly marginalized already but continue to talk or write or post, they are in trouble. It’s people who won’t sell out, who think that they can make a difference. Those are the people who have to worry.

Think about recent deaths that everybody believes were natural or suicides. Were they? People are too busy working their [butts] off to put food on the table to give a damn about some guy somewhere who vapor locks because of too many doughnuts and coffee and late nights. And it seems plausible enough to happen. This time, when everything collapses, do you think they will care if it is a bullet or a heart attack that takes out the opposition? [Deleted] no.

DH: That’s disturbing. Do you… [interrupts]
RB: Think about the Oklahoma City bombing in ‘95. Remember how Clinton blamed that on talk radio, or at least in part. Take what happened then and put it in context of today. Then multiply the damnation by 100, and you will begin to understand where this is going. People like Rush and Hannity have a narrow focus of the political theater. They’ll still be up and running during all of this to allow for the appearance of normal. Stay within the script, comrade.

But as far as the others, they have certain plans. And these plans are becoming more transparent. They are getting bolder. They are pushing lies, and the bigger the lie, the easier it is to sell to the people. They will even try to sell a sense of normalcy as things go absolutely crazy and break down. It will be surreal. And some will believe it, think that it’s only happening in certain places, and we can draw everything back once the dust settles. But when it does, this place will not be the same.

DH: Will there be resistance within the ranks of law enforcement? You know, will some say they won’t go along with the plan, like the Oath Keepers?
RB: Absolutely. But they will not only be outnumbered, but outgunned - literally. The whole objective is to bring in outside forces to deal with the civil unrest that will happen in America. And where does their allegiance lie? Certainly not to Sheriff Bob. Or you or me.

During all of this, and you’ve got to remember that the dollar collapse is a big part of this, our country is going to have to be redone. I’ve seen - personally - a map of North America without borders. Done this year. The number 2015 was written across the top, and I believe that was meant as a year. Along with this map - in the same area where this was - was another map showing the United States cut up into sectors. I’m not talking about what people have seen on the internet, but something entirely different. Zones. And a big star on the city of Denver.

Sound like conspiracy stuff on the Internet? Yup. But maybe they were right. It sure looks that way. It will read that way if you decide to write about this. Good luck with that. Anyway, the country seemed to be split into sectors, but not the kind shown on the internet. Different.

DH: What is the context of that?
RB: Across the bottom of this was written economic sectors. It looked like a work in progress, so I can’t tell you any more than that. From the context I think it has to do with the collapse of the dollar.

DH: Why would DHS have this? I mean, it seems almost contrived, doesn’t it?
RB: Not really, when you consider the bigger picture. But wait before we go off into that part. I need to tell you about Obamacare, you know, the new health care coming up. It plays a big part - a huge [deleted] part in the immediate reshaping of things.

DH: How so?
RB: It creates a mechanism of centralized control over people. That’s the intent of this monster of a bill, not affordable health care. And it will be used to identify gun owners. Think your health records are private? Have you been to the doctor lately? Asked about owning a gun? Why do you think they ask, do you think they care about your safety? Say yes to owning a gun and your information is shared with another agency, and ultimately, you will be identified as a security risk. The records will be matched with other agencies.

You think that they are simply relying on gun registration forms? This is part of data collection that people don’t get. Oh, and don’t even think about getting a script for some mood enhancement drug and being able to own a gun.

Ayers and Dohrn are having the times of their lives seeing things they’ve worked for all of their adult lives actually coming to pass. Oh, before I forget, look at the recent White House visitor logs.

DH: Why? Where did that come from?
RB: Unless they are redacted, you will see the influence of Ayers. Right now. The Weather Underground has been reborn. So has their agenda.

DH: Eugenics? Population control?
RB: Yup. And re-education camps. But trust me, you write about this, you’ll be called a kook. It’s up to you, it’s your reputation, not mine. And speaking about that, you do know that this crew is using the internet to ruin people, right? They are paying people to infiltrate discussion sites and forums to call people like you idiots. Show me the proof, they say. Why doesn't your source come forward? If he knows so much, why not go to Fox or the media? To them, if it’s not broadcast on CNN, it’s not real. Well, they’ve got it backwards. Very little on the news is real. The stock market, the economy, the last presidential polls, very little is real.

But this crew is really internet savvy. They’ve got a lot of people they pay to divert issues on forums, to mock people, to marginalize them. They know what they’re doing. People think they’ll take sites down - hack them. Why do that when they are more effective to infiltrate the discussion? Think about the birth certificate, I mean the eligibility problem of Obama. Perfect example.

DH: How soon do you see things taking place?
RB: They already are in motion. If you’re looking for a date I can’t tell you. Remember, the objectives are the same, but plans, well, they adapt. They exploit. Watch how this fiscal cliff thing plays out. This is the run-up to the next big economic event.

I can’t give you a date. I can tell you to watch things this spring. Start with the inauguration and go from there. Watch the metals, when they dip. It will be a good indication that things are about to happen. I got that little tidbit from my friend at [REDACTED].

DO THEY JUST WANT TO
DISARM AMERICA?

December 18, 2012 TPATH - It has been a few days now since the cold blooded murders of those poor little children in Sandy Hook.

As predictable as the frost on a December morning, long before the facts were known, long before the murdered were put to rest, the leftists began their assault on the US Constitution.

It is perfectly understandable that many people would react to this catastrophe with revulsion and a feeling of helplessness.  This is exactly the feelings and emotions, that the left hopes and dreams for, every day of their miserable lives.

We are not talking here about the people who are pounded with the concept, and then believe, that guns do the killing, and therefore, just make them illegal and the problem will be solved.

This is about those who espouse big government, socialist programs and leftist ideologies, that are hampered everyday by the freedoms and liberties afforded the people by our Constitution, a document they so virulently abhor.

Leftist, socialist and communist governments, throughout history, have left a murderous trail of blood, death and torture in their wake. The one continuous link to that mayhem has been the ability of those in power to keep its people uninformed and unarmed. 

This idea may be lost on the common man, who sees mayhem and desires something be done.  But it is not lost on those in totalitarian  government and they will use that fear to get what they want.  A defenseless people. 

Connecticut will be nothing more than another tool, another opportunity and another crisis for them to exploit.

This is not to say they wanted these children to die, but it is clear, they intend to use those deaths and the misery of their families as fuel to feed their ideology.  Watching politicians and leftist commentators over these past few days should be enough to convince even the most naive among us.  

You could feel the anticipation, the excitement bubbling out of every pore, that maybe, finally this will be the time, this will be the event, that will force the government to confiscate arms from the American people.

And the media, with a dual edged agenda, the first consistent with socialist government views, and the second, the lust for the capitalist dollar, offering coverage of this event  24/7.  Every news outlet either inventing or broadcasting misinformation or fabrications in an effort to be first and keep commercial dollars flowing.

Many readers of TPATH are very aware and informed and much of what we list below is known by them.  But we thought that an itemized list of facts, not emotional rants, might help put this entire thing into perspective.

1. Mass killings are not on the rise, but in fact are in decline.

2. Mass killings are not just perpetrated in America, but all over the world and the deadliest, as here in America, are done in places where gun laws are the strictest.

3. Connecticut has just about the strictest gun laws in the country. 

4. Mass killers are pathological and insane, they are not stupid.   Over and over again, what targets do they choose?  Gun-free zones, where they know they can do the most damage during the time it takes to notify and receive help from the police.

5. Sports analogy?  On any given NFL Sunday, the smart quarterback will throw the pass to the "unguarded receiver", if he can spot one.  Posting signs announcing "Unguarded Children" makes very little sense and in fact further endangers them.  

6. Three years ago Australia banned rifles and semi-automatic hand guns.  The result?  Crimes with guns increased across the board with home break-ins and armed robbery leading the way. 

7. England banned private ownership of hunting weapons and hand guns,then confiscated and destroyed them.  The result?   Crimes with guns, including murder and armed robbery almost doubled. 

8. During that time in England, as law abiding citizens turned in their weapons, the largest black market for arms and ammunition, anywhere in Europe, grew, as criminals armed themselves.

9. The Batman movie killer last year had his choice of fifteen theaters near or around his home.  He did not choose the closest one, he went to the one where the management had posted signs that prohibited the carrying of concealed weapons.  (Quarterback alert- Open receiver, in the end zone.)

10. The largest mass killing of children was not this week in Sandy Hook. Unfortunately it was done buy one, Andrew Kehoe, hopefully no relation to yours truly, In 1927 when he killed over 59 men, women and children.   By the way, he used a bomb, not a rifle.

11. Everywhere in this country where the gun laws are the strictest, violent crimes using guns are the highest.  And not by just a little.  As much as double or triple, the rates per capita.

12. Israel went through a vicious and murderous period when school children were being massacred on a regular basis.  After much discussion, reason prevailed, and now every class room in Israel has an armed teacher or aide.  How many school room deaths have there been since that law was enacted?    The answer is zero, as in none.

13.  Criminals love an unarmed victim and every weapon removed form the hands of a law abiding citizen is one less citizen the criminal needs to worry about.

14. There is no law on the books and no law ever written and no law that could ever be written, that will keep criminals and crazies  from acquiring and using weapons.

15. When an honest citizen is under assault and needs the police in seconds, they are minutes away.  A "safety" can be turned off in one second.

16. A person is statistically more likely to be hit with lighting than being injured or killed by a person legally in possession of a gun.

17. Since there is no way to dis-invent firearms and there is no, nor will there ever be, a law that can protect one from the illegal use of a firearm, that law abiding citizen better be armed, at least as well as the criminal.

18. If politicians are really serious about protecting our children they would not continue to create no-gun zones where open season on them is guaranteed.

19. An armed guard, retired policeman or trained teacher, in every school would do more to protect our children than the hundreds of thousands of gun laws already on the books.  

20. If the real reason for trying to control guns is to protect the children, the Federal government could create a "Protect our Children Act" that would hire an armed guard for every school in America. If there is not enough money for that, than how sincere is the sentiment?  

21. If Obama used the money he now spends arming Muslim terrorists and stopped sending billions to the Muslim Brotherhood, every school in America could be protected, not by a sign that says "Gun Free Zone" but one that says-


22. There is a legal process to change our Constitution. Any other means used by any President, awash in phony tears or mired in a leftist agenda, who writes unconstitutional executive orders which infringe on the rights of American citizens, will be guilty of subversion of the Constitution and therefore, treason.

Not one single piece of information listed above can be honestly disputed.  All of it can and will be ignored because the real cures for what we face do not align with socialist government policies which strives for an unarmed citizenry. 

You can't legislate laws for the lawless and you can't deter the insane with sanity.  You can only be ready for them and kill them before they kill the innocent.

Taking weapons out of the hands of good, solid Americans will not remove one weapon form the hands of the bastards. If anyone really wants to protect the children, lets really protect them, spend some of the billions Obama has been wasting on stimulus, terrorists and green energy crooks, on armed guards for every school in America.

 WHY THE GOP LOST AGAIN

December 15, 2012 TPATH - Of course there were many reasons why the GOP lost the Presidential election, and by extension the American people lost, to the ineligible usurper. But there is one, glaring and unmistakable reason.

Yes, there was and unprecedented amount of voter fraud.

Yes, the American people were inundated with leftist propaganda from the media.

Yes, the number of takers has grown to never before seen percentages.

Yes, the girth-some Governor of NJ swayed many undecided or uncommitted voters with that revolting pandering and self righteous love fest of Obama.

But the election was lost, long before the last few weeks of the campaign. It was lost because the GOP never defended Conservative policies from the onslaught of relentless lies.

Time after time, year after year, the GOP fell silent when Obama and the his propaganda wing, the media, blamed the recession on Bush's tax cuts for the rich and the so called unfunded wars.

Is it any surprise that the American people who voted, by an overwhelming majority believe that Bush caused the recession?

Why did the GOP never defend the policies which gave us 7 years of prosperity even following the devastating attacks of 911? Why did they let one politician after another, one idiot commentator after another, as well as Obama himself, relentlessly blame the “worst recession since the Great Depression” on Bush?

The answer is, the GOP has never, and never will attack the left with all the truth that would destroy that ideology. The GOP reserves its worst and most vicious attacks for those who believe in the Constitution and government restraint. Those in their own party.

One can't deny the reality of how the media twists the facts which makes it much more difficult to get the conservative message out, and while the cause of the recession had many facets, it is not that complicated. But the GOP never even tried to counter the lies,  as the left pounded and pounded, lie after lie, at every opportunity that tax cuts and conservative policies put us into the recession. What were the people to believe?

And when the GOP had the chance, or should it be said, hundreds of chances, to get the truth out, unfiltered, to the American people during the 450 GOP primary debates and the three Presidential debates, no one except Ron Paul and to a lesser extent Rick Santorum, ever put the truth out.

The following few paragraphs, which would take less than one minute to read or if put into a campaign ad, is all the GOP would have needed to inform the American people of the facts. If this had of been the focus of TV and radio ads, as opposed to having Obama dressed up like a Super Hero ( honest, the GOP actually did that), the usurper would now be spending his last few days in office pardoning terrorists and political crooks instead of preparing for another 4 years of “Fundamentally changing America”.

This is how the GOP should have responded to the lies about who and what caused the recession:

The claim that Clinton left a surplus which Bush squandered is false in that there never was anything other than a projected surplus which never was based on reality. The Clinton administration was in the process of crashing and burning until the Republicans got control of Congress and forced welfare reform and a balanced budget on Clinton, who vetoed it several times before he finally passed it. Now the left is claiming credit for something they fought against.

Capitalism and the free market are cyclical, always have been and always will be. This is as natural as the change in weather and if left alone the downs and the ups would be moderate.

Despite the political rhetoric of the left, the economy was in a natural downturn by the time Bush took office. Then the devastation of 911 compounded the weakness in the economy.

Even with that, the first 7 years of the Bush administration were some of the most productive years this country had seen since Ronald Reagan's policies took hold during his second term.

The economy began to recede only after the Democrats got control of the purse strings, in 2006, beginning the last two years of Bush's final term.

And why was this recession worse than most? Because Bush let Americans keep more of their own money instead of handing it over to the government to waste? The left has never been asked explain that assumption, and of course, it is un-explainable.

The recession was caused by Democrats and liberal policies that finally blew up. Or should we say “burst'? For years and years, the banking industry was forced by the Federal government to give loans to those who had zero chance of making even one payment, let alone 30 years of payments.

Banks were forced to find ways to cover those losses and created investment packages with bad loans buried in them. Over the years, the bad loans could no longer be supported by the viable loans.

Because more people were being given loans and buying homes, there became a shortage and thereby an artificial rise in property values. It is a matter of record that Bush warned of the impending danger of this activity, but the Democratic congress refused to listen and even suggested Bush was a racist for trying to stop minorities from owning homes.

Once the first pieces of this house of cards began to fall, instigated by a normal cyclical downturn the entire system collapsed on itself as housing prices tumbled and lending companies ran out of capital.

Then Bush passed the first ridiculously flawed “stimulus bill”, which was one of his biggest mistakes as President. But when we hear the lying hypocrites blame Bush for this, when it was encouraged by and voted for, by the Democrats, including Obama himself, one must wonder where the GOP has been with these facts.

The only people who were against this nightmare were the people being blamed for it, the Constitutional Conservatives.

And finally, Obama is not incompetent. He is a Communist and he has been very successful at implementing his agenda, which is to destroy the middle class, to grow government dependency and thereby his voter base.

Why is Obama doing this?
Simple, he hates this country.

December 13, 2012 TPATH-   Over these past few years what has been the main theme of the leftists concerning the American people and our health?

We are told by that knucklehead Mayor of New York City, that buying a 17 ounce soda is bad for your health, so he banned them.

The usurper's wife continues to try and control eating fast foods while traveling all over the globe, searching, I guess, for the perfect health food. Or maybe she just likes traveling on your dime.

And smoking cigarettes?  How could any self respecting leftist politician allow the people to harm themselves using such a vile substance?

The list of dangerous things we are being protected from goes on and on and on, until we get to Marijuana.  As blue states, one after the other, create more and more opportunity for legalization and increased usage of the initiative killing drug, one needs to ask, why?

A Canadian report, released in 2007, says marijuana smoke contains more toxic compounds, including ammonia and hydrogen cyanide, than tobacco smoke.

Researchers, including David Moir of the Safe Environments Program in Kitchener, Ontario, determined ammonia levels were 20 times higher in marijuana smoke than in tobacco smoke, while hydrogen cyanide, nitric oxide and certain amines occurred at levels 3-5 times higher in the marijuana smoke.

And while it can be argued that all chemical compounds are not hazardous to one's health, the list of chemicals, in Marijuana, including those cited above, number close to 400.

The toxic smoke drawn into one's lungs, hot and unfiltered, and held there under pressure, as the concoction of chemicals and smoke are forced into the blood vessels of the lungs, its hard not to imagine that the dangers  of Marijuana may  outweigh drinking a Super Sized Coke.

TPATH believes it is all part of the long term plan of the progressive leftists in this country to destroy initiative and clear thought as well as self reliance.  Couple this with the destruction of family values, the easy free flow of welfare, the banning of God and religion and socialist indoctrination of our children, from day care to college, is the recipe to create Democratic voters.


1. First and foremost, the desire to do anything except eat a Ring Ding, is non existent.

2. The ability to think clearly on important issues, beyond where to make the next score, is severely impaired.

3. Short term memory and the ability to add 2 + 2 become an unreachable concept.

December 12, 2102 TPATH- By now every American knows there was massive voter fraud in this past 2012 Presidential election.  If you listen to pundits, to even those on the right, brush aside these accusations saying there may have been cheating and fraud but not enough to change the outcome.

A few questions arise relating to this asinine statement.
1. If you haven't investigated it, how do you know the extent?
2. If you look the other way, will it not be an open invitation to cheat again and again until it does effect the outcome?
3.  If voter fraud is a felony, why should not every case be prosecuted?
4. If voter fraud is allowed to go unpunished, will voter apathy not grow?

World Net Daily is preparing to send a petition to Congress demanding they investigate and prosecute the crimes committed against our people.

ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP TAKING THIS?

December 1, 2012 TPATH - Regardless of what party you are registered with, if you are a good American who believes in the values set forth in the founding documents of this, the greatest country on earth, and you see your political party, year after year, election after election, moving further and further from your ideals, your work ethic, and your vision of what this country should be, welcome to the club.

As a Democrat, you were born into and raised by a family where your mother and father worked, struggled, lived and loved, with a bursting pride of their individual accomplishments, and everyday they would thank the Lord that their family had been blessed to be an American. And you now see, your party, the party of your parents, not slowly moving away from those values, but like an avalanche, it has moved to a place your parents would not recognize.

As a Republican, you were told your party would stand up for you and the rights given to all the people, not by politicians, but by our Creator. And you have listened to one politician after another, swear their beliefs aligned with yours, only to be betrayed.  Finally you understand, they never did support those values, and for sure, they never will.

Both the Democratic Party and the GOP have moved to a place where most Americans would never chose to be. Each of us, now, for the good of our country and the future of our children and grandchildren, should ask ourselves, if we were dropped here from an alien place and knew nothing of either party, would one of us look at either party and say, “Yes!, That is what I want for my country?

If you could, would or did, answer the above question in the affirmative, this article is not for you, and frankly, you are just what those corrupt parties need to remain dominant over you, your property and your freedoms.

So What Are We To Do?
Can we start a new party that would take decades to build while the DemReps continue to collude, to tax and spend, aid our enemies and place our country in further peril? The answer is, we don't have to.

There already exists a political party, organized and registered in nearly all 50 states. A political party that was founded on one concept. That concept is found in the single and most powerful document ever produced by mankind, with the goals of protecting the life, liberty and property of individuals.

The Constitution Party (CP), is that party.  It is the place where American Democrats, American Republicans and the millions of registered but unaffiliated voters can come together and begin the arduous work of taking this country back to what our parents would be proud of.

How Do We Begin?
There is an effort underway to organize, hopefully with the help of National Blogs, pundits, talk show hosts and even much of the media, to form a very special event, during a very special week.  Between April 1^st and April 5^th, 2013, the plan is to hold a

While “National Re-Registration Week” will commence on April Fool's Day, this could be a huge signal to the DemReps that the American people no longer intend to be your Useful Fools.

How Do We Re-Register?
It is easier than buying a lottery ticket or signing out a book in the library. Go to the municipal building of the town where you are registered to vote, tell them you want to re-register, wright in the CP, sign your name, its done.

Remember, this does not cost a red cent and you can always go back to being a DemRep if you like, even on the day of a primary election.

The Third Party Option is No Longer An Option
Its a Necessity

The opinion that the so called “third party option” would be political and economic suicide for either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party, if the new entity were to lean one way or the other, must now face the reality that the “Status Quo” option is the one that has been and will continue to be the path to the end of America.

A Questions To Consider:

1. Has your party left you and your ideals?

2. Have the two parties colluded against you to become almost indistinguishable?

3. Has this been going on for decades?

4. If they are not stopped, will this continue for decades? (If America survives decades)

5. Are the DemReps electing leftists and unconstituionalists without the aid of a third party?

6. Is it even remotely possible that the DemReps will begin to support politicians who will legislate under the guidelines and requirements of the US Constitution?

7. Is it time to avoid the repetitive rut of fretting over the “next election” as opposed to beginning the work of the future?

8. Is it time all American Democrats, Republicans and independents had a Party they could be proud of and politicians they could trust?

9. Will the DemReps continue to allow voter fraud and elections to be stolen?

10. The GOP was unable to defeat Obama, with a record of dismal failure in every aspect of his presidency. Will they ever be able to defeat anyone, ever again?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, America needs you, not in 4 years or 50 years, but now.

One final note.
 In the past 40 years the GOP has lost every battle to the left without the hindrance of a viable third party.  Could the creation of a third party have damaged this country any more than the GOP has damaged it all by themselves? 

Is there any chance the next 40 years will mirror the last 40?

November 25, 2012 TPATH-  The utter contempt Obama has for the intelligence of the American people is staggering.  Once again Obama has used a woman to cover for and save his own behind.

During his press conference where the love swooned media failed to ask important questions, questions the American people need to know the answer to, the weasel who just stole the Presidency, dragged out Ambassador Rice and used her as a human shield.

The pretense was exactly the opposite of what the reality of this charade really was.  Acting as the Knight in Shinning Armor shielding his girl from the unfair attacks she had been receiving, he was actually laying her body down in the path of the oncoming attack.

By using his defense of her, he was able to avoid having to defend himself and his un-American and cowardly actions on September 11th.

And what was his defense of her?  Well he started by saying the equivalent of don't pick on the girl.  And then he finished off by stating don't blame her, she is a "Stepford Wife" idiot who knows nothing about anything and only does what she is told to do and has a vacuous female brain cavity without a single thought or perception of her own.

Some defense Mr. Obama.  No better help has been given to anyone since your support of American citizens who spent 7 hours fighting off hundreds of terrorists in Benghazi while you were resting up for a campaign rally.

Not only has the news media, surprise, surprise, allowed this cover up to continue by deceptively discussing some affair of a CIA Director, who changed wording of a report, what Ms. Rice knew or was told to say, who invented the concept of a video inspired spontaneous demonstration, or if Hilary Clinton really does have more skill at lying than Slick Willie. 

The so called Republican Pundits, typical of their generations of being muzzled by the media and the left, also have failed to force this revolting user of people to answer just a few very important questions.

The questions Obama needs to answer, and  if he were a Republican, the media would ask him  at very opportunity, at every turn and in every editorial until they got them answered,  will be asked of Obama, not even once.

TPATH Questions to Obama:
1. Where were you when you first heard that the gun running mission in Benghazi was under attack?

2. Who told you the mission was under attack?

3. Did you go to the White House Intelligence meeting which began as a result of the ongoing attack?

4. If  you did go there, how long did it take you to get there?

5. If you did get there, how long did you stay? Ten minutes or the entire 7 hours?

6. Did you give an order to send help to those brave heroes defending Americans and American interests?

7. If so, what were your exact words relating to that order?

8. If you did give that order, to whom did you give it?

9. Did you order anyone not to send help?

10. Did you order any official to be relieved of command that night?

11. If so, was he removed because he was trying to get help to Benghazi?

12. Was the Benghazi Mission holding and interrogating prisoners?

13. Was the Benghazi Mission supplying weapons to terrorists?

14. Mr. Obama, what time did you retire for the evening the night of September 11th?

15. Were your eyes closed for the night before our American hero's eyes were closed forever?

to Advisory Board Position 

November 23, 2012 - TPATH -  In this exclusive story it has been discovered by TPATH that the Governor of the People's Republic of New Jersey, fresh off his re-election campaign for Obama, has just ordered his Attorney General, Jeffrey Chiesa, to appoint Pedro "Poquitas Pelotas" Chavez to the advisory board looking into improving relations with " The Cartel" living in the Garden State.

Along with 3 other Colombian  advisers, also appointed to this tax payer funded board, Pequitas Pelotas will work with New Jersey officials on finding ways to better communicate and work with the growing Cartel community.  The advisory board will work with them on important issues such as the long established often misunderstood "cajate o muerte", policies.  Also, the issue of New Jersey law infringing on decades of rule enforcements set down by the Drug Lords will be discussed, and in the name of  diversity they will work together to find ways to allow those traditional practices to continue.

The Federal Government has had Mr. Chavez on the "watch" list and he has been under investigation for money laundering, human trafficking and cocaine distribution as well as weapons purchases from Eric Holder. Deportation proceedings are believed to be underway. 

When presented with questions relating to these problems, Obama's man in the North East, Governor Christie, said anyone who would not welcome the diversity he is trying to implement are just inflexible racists and he finds it cold and uncaring for anyone not find it in their hearts to put aside the murder, mayhem and decapitations perpetrated by just a few bad apples.  He continued by saying those citizens who would interfere or object to this much needed outreach are just prejudiced bigots.

Your Republican Party Will not Ask

November 19, 2012 TPATH- There is a strange thing going on in this country and there seems to be no one willing to step up and say “This must stop.” At last count there are over 150 voting districts across this country, where the American people are being asked to either believe or just accept, that not one person in those 150 districts totaling tens of thousands of votes, voted for Mitt Romney.

Once again conservative Americans are being told to “shut up and sit down” and it appears they are doing so. Will you?

Are we to believe that not one idiot Obama voter voted for Romney by mistake? If I remember correctly, just a few short years ago we were told Democratic voters were so incompetent and illiterate that they made thousands of incorrect votes when they tired to vote for Gore.  Now in just a few election cycles, not even one boneheaded Democrat made an error and voted for Romney.  Really?

No doubt you have heard all the pundits, even those supposedly on the right, declare that sure there may have been some voter fraud, but not enough to change the election.

How do they know that unless they investigate? If voter fraud does not change elections, why do they do it?  Are the just practicing for the day it may change elections? That day people is here and anyone with a half-brain knows it.

Why, one might ask, would the Republican Party, which spent billions of donated dollars in this campaign, lay down like over cooked linguini? The answer, you may be surprised to hear, is they have to.

And why can't they?   Because, and in these times of rage against an inept and spineless Republican party, they do not want what's left of their dwindling party members to know that they agreed, in 1981, not to challenge any voter fraud. That decree, possibly the most stupid, selfish and idiotic thing, among many, that our GOP has done, has given over these last 31 years, carte blanche to the left to steal elections.

This edict, which has the force of Federal law has been renewed, over and over again by a Leftist judge appointed by Carter. This man, District Court Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, long retired and pushing 88 years of age, returns every cycle to renew the decree.

The decree states, paraphrasing, that the Republican Party will not legally challenge election fraud in national elections, especially in minority areas.

Well it is not. So you wonder why the leaders of the Republican Party are as quiet as church mice in the face of having the Presidency stolen right out from under them? 

The answer is, they cannot afford to let let their party know, especially now with a ground swell of support for a viable third party, just how horribly incompetent they are, have been and will continue to be.

It appears that your Republican Party, back in 1980, may have broken the 1965 Voter's Protection act and in an effort to keep from being fined or imprisoned, they signed away YOUR rights to fair and clean elections, apparently for all time.  Maybe just another reason to send the GOP into third party status.  If they can't defend our vote, what are they good for?

So....Back to the missing Romney votes. What can be done? TPATH has a suggestion.  It will take some money and some effort, but if there are any groups or people who believe the integrity of the election system is the basis of our future and our freedoms and do not want to sit idly by while felonies are committed, our votes deleted and our elections stolen, here is what you can do.

1. Investigate and list each of the 150 (+/-) voting districts where they reported no votes for Romney, include the state, the towns, the district numbers in that list.

2. Donate and raise funds that will pay for local and state ads in newspapers and TV requesting anyone who lives in those areas, who voted for Romney, to contact them.

3. This compilation would be packaged in affidavit form and notarized, one package for each state and then delivered to that state's Attorney General requesting that a full investigation take place, before he certifies the election results.

   This has to be done before December 17^th and it can be. But it needs to start now.

   Will someone or some group step up?

   If not, TPATH will do it but we will need donations and a firm commitment from our readers to support this effort.

   It is our hope that one of the many conservative groups with lots of money to spend, take this on.

   Finally, this effort may not change the results of the election. But we may just be able to put a few criminals in jail as a warning against trying this in the future.

November 15, 2012 TPATH Research- It is no secret that Mitt Romney's campaign was on a roll when the disaster storm hit the east coast of the United States. The devastation and misery continues as more and more of the heartbreak resulting from loss of life and property is realized.

New Jersey is a strong and wonderful state, it has been my home for 63 years of my 65 year old life. We will recover and we will not only survive this, but we will thrive. Unlike many others who have suffered catastrophes, a year from now, except for a few vacant lots, there will be no sign of that devil storm's path.

My fear is we will not be able to say the same about the path Obama will forge, as he continues to wrest freedom from our fingertips, impose regulations and executive orders, implement massive taxes and government control,  while he strikes blow after blow against a colonialist, a racist, a capitalist America.

Governor Christie may have decided to put politics aside during the aftermath of this storm in an effort to get quick and needed help from Washington.
Or he may have made those moves thinking it would make him appear to be bigger than politics but in effect immersing deeply into them. 

But what is known, without any shadow of doubt, the glowing admiration by Christie for Obama was used by the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party, better known as the media, and demolished Romney's campaign just as effectively as Sandy washed away property and lives here in New Jersey.

Although TPATH believes voter fraud was the real winner in this election, where we saw over 97 voting districts cast 100% of their votes for Obama. That's right, 97 polling places and not one single vote for Mitt Romney. Those numbers would make Fidel Castro laugh.
 
Will there be an investigation in to this?
 
Will state attorneys general demand accounting before they certify this sham?

Will any governor request a recount and begin prosecuting the felonies?

 The answer to these questions is a resounding no. The court system, the news media, judges and prosecutors, justices and politicians have shown they are spineless cowards who fret more about themselves then the rule of law and our beloved Constitution.

And speaking of the media. What a gift the the governor of NJ gave them and Obama. What a gift indeed. TPATH has researched and compiled counts on how many times the national news media either printed his statements, played the audio of them or showed the videos.

That the Obama campaign received a windfall is the understatement of the century. Those undecided voters, those independents and those unaffiliated and last minute deciders, were pushed into the Obama column.  And he did not have to spend a dime of his illegally gotten campaign dollars to do it.

So what kind of numbers are we talking about?  It is important to know two things about these statistics.  First, they do not include local TV, local cable and local radio stations. Only accounts from what is considered to be national or national type institutions such as the New York Times, Washington Post, etc., were used.

As we all know the internet is filled with exaggerations and even flat out fabrications and as a result much care needs to be taken when regarding or believing articles.  Having said that, can there be any doubt that massive fraud and felonious activity appears to have taken place all across this country?

During the past 20 years I found myself unrepresented having had my town gerrymandered into Holt's bastion of liberalism.  Over the years when Holt was not ignoring me he was telling me to "shut up and sit down".  

Now that this latest round of redistricting has further encroached upon the Constitution by reinforcing the reality that my old district and my new one will have representatives unanswerable to the people, you are now my Representative and it appears, by way of party affiliation, we are ideologically aligned. But are we?

Having received many "form letter" responses from Holt which clearly indicated he had no intention of even reading of my concerns nor doing anything about them, I now wonder if my new Congressman will represent me differently.

In that vain I wish to pose these several questions to you:

1. Do any of the reports referenced above disturb you?

2. Is it even remotely possible that not one person voted for Romney in over 50 districts in Philadelphia?

3. Will you request a full investigation?

4. Will you pursue felony charges against those responsible for defiling our electoral process and committing felonies?

5. Will you allow this outrageous and flagrant attack on Democracy to go unpunished which will open the door for all future elections to be assaulted as this one clearly has been?

6. Will you do anything to stop the certification of this election until there is a clear accounting of which candidate actually won?

7. Will you not represent your constituents and verify for them, that this election was not a travesty?

All of us know that the US Justice Department is corrupt and not much more than a branch of the Obama political machine and will never lift a finger to protect the integrity of our Constitution or our political process.  

There is only one organization of power an authority that can initiate an investigation and work towards proving, one way or another that this election was not stolen.  That organization, is the House of Representatives.

Republicans and conservatives have long witnessed spineless representation from those in our leadership.  Many, many of us have just about had it.  That means there may be a massive exodus from Republican registration if we feel we need to go elsewhere to find the leadership courage required to save our Republic.  

The clock is ticking and it does not bode well for either our party or our country.  Congress has the power to pass a resolution asking every state Attorney General in states where these outrageous vote percentages have been reported, to refuse certification until a full accounting has been done.

This process may well cause contention, a word our Republican Party has always feared, but that fear of contentiousness should be  overwhelmed by the fear of losing our Republic.  

Without fair elections, the future is lost.  Will you be part of history that allowed that, or will you be the courageous leader who steps up and does what's right?

November 12, 2012 TPATH= During the past four years, and even the time leading up to Obama's first election, many who spent the required time to actually look into what he had planned for America, have feared he would be successful in fundamentally changing this country.

Now, with the assistance of the corrupt and unprofessional media, not only have our fears come true, more so than many could have imagined, but now he has at least four more years to implement "revenge" on his number one enemy, American Capitalism.

During this 2012 campaign, our message had changed from trying to get people to see what Obama is, to questioning whether this country can survive another four years of him.

America has taken a very dark turn towards it's own destruction and during this time the the "takers" seem to now outnumber the "makers".  So many patriots have worked tirelessly trying to inform and instruct, apparently with very little success.  


In other words, the Democrats, the liberals, the media, Hollyweird, academia and the apathetically uninformed masses all want what Obama is pushing.


Recall how the Republicans were blamed for this past recession despite the fact that the housing industry was bloated and over sold with the push by Democrats to make every American a homeowner, whether they had a dime or a job?  By involving themselves in that nightmare, even in the effort of slowing down the destructive nature of it, the GOP was easily tagged as cohorts and the cause.


The question is, can we survive it? Can we come out of the next four years with the concept of big government and socialist policies exposed for the misery they represent and cause?  If we do, then, for generations to come the working people of this country will be done with Obama and the socialist agenda.

But the only way for the people to understand that the crashing economy, the raging inflation, the high unemployment, food and fuel prices exploding are the sole result of Obama and what they themselves voted for, is if the Conservatives, the Consitutionalists (if there are any in government) and the GOP have nothing to do with it.

TPATH is suggesting a radical path which will represent some very tough times, but just as weightlifting tears and damages muscle fiber, the end product is stronger and more powerful tissue. The masses need to suffer what they have wrought and then come out of it, stronger and wiser.

All patriots should contact the GOP controlled Congress and tell them to stand down on economic issues.  The Speaker of the House should call a press conference and announce that all Obama's economic policies will be approved,  Then make it crystal clear, that those policies will destroy the middle class, further impoverish the poor and crush business and entrepreneurship.  

He should tell the people that Congress will be there in the future and then will do everything it can to pull the country out of the abyss they voted for in 2012.

His statement should continue with telling America that Congress will work hard at protecting the security of the the country, the civil and personal rights afforded to them by the Constitution and they will continue to investigate "Fast and Furious", Benghazi and any other crimes against the American people.  Fighting terrorism and  keeping Iran from acquiring nuclear arms and defending Israel from her anti- Semitic enemies will be primary.

October 28, 2012 TPATH - Everyday the journalist impostors of this modern day contribute further to the eventual loss of the rights given to them by our Constitution.

It is no secret that Thomas Jefferson had no loss of love for journalists and the press.  But he did understand just how important the freedoms afforded them are, and that those rights would be the key to the continued  growth, prosperity and freedom of America.

As little as he thought of them, it's quite certain, even he could not have imagined how far they would eventually sink.  And how these modern day under cover agents of the progressive agenda, posing as journalists, will have disgraced their presumed profession.  

The press was afforded special rights, even beyond those of normal citizens, and it was commissioned with the important job of watching over the government and protecting us from corrupt and dishonest leaders.  All leaders, not just those with an alternate ideology.


As they use the rights afforded to them, not for the good of all the people, but in support of their own agenda, what they in fact are forging, is the loss of those rights, as well as the eventual collapse of our Republic as envisioned by our Founders..

It is difficult to understand the thinking and alignment with the progressive left of the American journalist .  These people are educated and schooled with the ability to read and understand history.  Yet they continue to aide and abet their own demise. 

The chronicles are consistent and undeniable.  Freedom of the press, anywhere in the world and anytime in recorded history,  when leftists get control of the government,  the right of free speech disappears, and so too do the journalists themselves. 

So, where did this start?  Shall we go all the way back to the 2008 campaign when the news media refused to look into a few important questions concerning Obama?  

There was no Media interest in:
1. What kind of grades did Obama get during his college years?  What did he write? Did he actually write anything?

2. How often did Obama use drugs and where did he get them?  Did he use crack, speed, cocaine, LSD?  Where did he get money to buy drugs?  Did he ever sell drugs?

3. What was Obama's relationship with the Communist terrorist Bill Ayers?  Why did Bill Ayers' Communist father help Obama pay for college?  

4. Why was Obama getting special treatment from Tony Rezco a convicted criminal?  How is it that Obama got a sweetheart land deal from him?

5. Why Obama spent 20 years in Rev. Wright's church?  Wright preached racism, anti-antisemitism and hatred for America.  

6. Why did Obama hide his Passport?  Does that Passport indicate something about Obama's citizenship?

7. Why did Obama veto a bill, while a Senator, not once, but 4 times, that would have forced abortion doctors to save a baby born alive after a botched  attempt at abortion?

8. Why did Obama use and is still using a Social Security number issued to someone else in a state where he never lived?

9. What effect on Obama did the Communist Frank Marshal Davis have on him as he was shaped and molded during his informative years?


Now, as Obama sits in the position of President and Commander and Chief, the media cover up continues.

Here are a few of the latest examples:
1. Candy Crowley, during the second debate, after having been given information by the Obama campaign, used that information to help Obama support a lie. 

2. Brian Williams, while interviewing Obama asked just one question about Bengahzi.  The question was not meant to illicit new information.  It was clearly a leading question intended to help Obama cover his butt.  The question suggested  that the attack on the so called Consulate was a "spontaneous terror attack".  This of course was meant to conceal the real facts that Obama did nothing to help save the lives of those heroes that day.  If NBC had an ounce of integrity left, Brian Williams would have been fired on the spot.

3. When asked where Obama was at the time the emails came into the White House asking for immediate support because of the on going attack, reporters were told they would not get an answer.  That should in itself be big news, but not to today's journalists.

4. The MSM don't seem to care that on one occasion Obama said he ordered all the support needed to save those people and on another day he said he never new they had requested support.  This too does not seem to be important.

5. It now appears that Obama and his administration watched for over 5 hours of a 7 hour struggle, where brave Americans fought overwhelming odds to protect the Ambassador.  Not only did they not send help, but it looks like a General who tried to help, was relieved of duty.  The only one with that authority was Obama. This too has been ignored by the MSM.

6. Valarie Jarrett, a progressive Communist is the one who appears to be making decisions for Obama.  By his own words she has been behind every move he has made.  It was Jarrett who kept Obama from taking out Osama Bin Ladin for months and the reason Pannetta gave the actual order to get him while Obama was on a golf course. What hold does Jarrett have on Obama? What does she know that gives her, an un-elected person, control over the most powerful man in the world?  Inquiring minds may want to know. But not the American media.

October 24, 2012 TPATH -  Late last evening FOX News broke the amazing story that has proven, beyond a doubt, that Obama and his administration knew immediately that the attack on the US Consulate in Libya was being done by armed and organized terrorists.  

The cable TV shows, thus far, are abuzz with this news but, they are asking the wrong questions.  The speculation is, that they fabricated and lied to  obscure the erroneous declarations of Obama relating to Al Qead's decimation and degradation. Ladies and gentlemen, not a chance.

Here is what we now know:
1. Just two hours into the attack on the consulate Obama and the State Department knew it was under a military style assault.

2. They had real time video being taken by drones.

3. Three brave American heroes fought off the
overwhelmingly superior forces for almost 7 hours before the compound was breached. 

4. Obama never made a move to help them when jets could have been scrambled and been there in in time to possibly scare off the attackers with a strafing run.

5. For five hours after the White House was informed, those men battled to hold the compound while Obama, reportedly went to bed.

6. Earlier in that day, the Ambassador sent emails warning of the impending danger and the White House did nothing to bring assets in to help.

So the question that needs to be asked is, why.  Why would the President allow a 7 hour siege to take place without lifting a finger to help?

Is it possible Obama knew this attack was going to take place and in fact was in cahoots with the fanatics?  It appears now that the only security that was supposed to be there were local Libyans and the three American heroes were  there just by chance.

So we are supposed to believe that Obama refused to send more security, refused to try to save the Ambassador, spent time creating a lie about some goofy video, all to cover up the fact that Al Qeada is still a threat?

There has to be more to it than that. No one, not even Obama would let 4 Americans be slaughtered and burned to death for something so trivial.

So what was it?  Until the State Department comes clean, we are left with the only option and that is to speculate.

So speculate we will.  Suppose Obama had made a deal with, oh let's say a Muslim Brotherhood leader of a Middle East country to allow our Ambassador to be kidnapped and then traded for the Blind Shiek?  Obama could be seen as a hero for getting back the Ambassador and we would be told the Sheik would be imprisoned in that country where he was transferred to.

A nice little boost in the polls just before the election.

Would that not explain why Obama did nothing for 7 hours?  The hired Libyan guards were supposed to flee their post and let the Ambassador be taken?

But three American patriots were there and gave their lives in defense of their country.

Make no mistake, the italicized paragraphs above are just speculation. But until we get one from the White House that makes more sense than hiding the viability of Al Qeada, this and other speculation will continue.

This may grow into the largest scandal ever perpetrated on the America people.  Congress needs to bring every single administration official in to answer questions until we know why 4 Americans were left to die while the President went to bed.

October 16, 2012 TPATH - As we all prepare for whatever it is that the news media and liberal moderator have in store for Mitt Romney at this evening's Town Hall debate on foreign policy, it seems appropriate to revisit America's policy of the last decade.

For good or bad, George W. Bush is the author of this policy and while there may be some good, the bulk of the "Bush Doctrine" has been a disaster.

This writing is not meant to demean Bush in any way.  In fact, it was he who knew that for the long term, that means for generations to come, something had to be done to stop Islamic terrorism from continuing on the path of murder and evil. 

So, after 911 and countless other Islamic atrocities, before and since, Bush decided to take terrorism on from the standpoint that all people, anywhere in the world, yearn to be free and live in peace.  I suspect that he knows now, that is not true.

History has taught man that humaneness and humanity are two words that never coexist when people are ruled by government thugs instead of government being ruled by the people.

The Bush doctrine developed and Iraq became the initial testing ground for it.  Afghanistan was already raging but that was more about, whether some like it or not, payback than anything else. Iraq was preemptive and provided a good starting ground for a future of peace.

It did not work and it will never work under Islamic rule.

The idea was of course to set up a true democratic and free country in Iraq.  Have them prosper and become the envy of the rest of the middle east and that in generations to come, other Islamic countries would follow and sometime, even 20 or 30 years into the future, the dread, the murder, the fear, the oppression would cease to exist in that part of the world and the export of terrorism to the west would end.  

That will never happen.

On paper and in Bush's heart, even though it required a long term commitment in material and American lives, it seemed a plan worth implementing. 

We know now, it wasn't.

After years of American boys being killed or sent home without limbs and hundreds of billions of dollars washed away into the bloody sands of  Islamic rat hole countries, Iraq is slipping back to meet the past, instead of moving forward into modernity.

The Bush Doctrine has failed.  

The Islamic middle east is not like the rest of the world.  They do not yearn to be free.  They do not want to live in peace.  They want infidels dead or converted to that murderous cult they call a religion.  Ten years or a hundred years, nothing will change them and nothing will bring them to peace.

Except,  The Reality Doctrine.

Islamic Governments of the world, this is our new doctrine.  Keep your thugs and fanatics home or face our wrath.  You have been warned and any consequence of this doctrine will be of your doing.

1.  Any country that supports terrorism and has, helped or abetted any man or group, that has killed an American here at home or abroad, will be declared a terrorist state.

2. That country, with the approval of Congress, will come under attack from our Air Force and our Navy.  The attack will be relentless in taking out government buildings, railroads, bridges, factories, military installations on the ground or on the sea.

3. Every hard target will be given a 2 hour notice to give the dictators time to move their people out of harms way. 

4. After the complete annihilation of the specified targets,  America will go home and leave your miserable country to rebuild on its own without one dollar of support or one American soldier on the ground.  Not one American boy will lose his life or leave a limb in the hell hole of any Islamic country.

5. After 5 years, 10 years or however long it takes to re construct your infrastructure, if you choose to go down the same path, we will be back.

6. Any country that supports terrorism and allows that activity on their soil will receive not one dollar of American money.  We will no longer borrow hundreds of billions of dollars and then give it away to our enemies or any country that supports our enimies.

Now of course this is just dreaming and the Reality Doctrine will never be implemented.  However, if it was, this doctrine would surely be tested by our enemies.  But just once.

October 3, 2012 TPATH - If you know what most of us who have been paying attention during the last 4 years know, tonight will be an unmitigated exercise in frustration.

Don't expect any surprise reactions such as the one above. It will not happen.

And here is why:
Mitt Romney has been working relentlessly for this chance to be President, at least since the night the National GOP told him to exit the 2008 Primary campaign.

Day and night, speech after speech he has  watched every word and every phrase he has uttered.  Not because they needed parsing to hide his true intent, such as what we hear from Obama on a daily basis, but because any misspeak or wrong pronunciation will result in the end of his campaign as the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party, better known as the main stream media, will land on him with all they have.  Almost 8 years of work will be washed away in seconds.  

This is the reality of being a Conservative or Republican politician in America, more so today than ever in our past. America needs Mitt Romney and we can now only hope and pray that his strategy will pay off and enough people will understand the peril we face if Obama is reelected. 

Because even though this campaign is his to win or lose, if he is wrong, it is our country that will be lost.

As you are throwing things at  your screen, pulling out your hair and wondering why Mitt is not calling Obama out on his lies, his Marxist beliefs, his hiring of Communists and terrorists and a hundred other things the American people may not know about, relax, he will not do it.

You didn’t think Team Obama was really planning to provide you with healthcare…did you? Heck, he has a 15-member non-healthcare/non-financially savvy Death Panel which is now poised to say who may live and who must die. Not an exaggeration, folks. Have you actually read the passed-by-the-Democrat-Congress-against-our-will ObamaCare? By the way, for you liberals/leftists in the crowd--you don’t believe that you will be saved do you? Since Obama issued his Executive Order to install Amnesty for illegal aliens the EO itself is illegal as he does not have the authority under the [now Obama-discarded] US Constitution) and now said illegals are affecting unprecedented break-ins into the homes of US citizens living close to the US-Mexico border. The rate of these break-ins (see URL for source graph below) has risen exponentially from the date that Dictator-in-Chief Obama issued his criminal Executive Order.

Recently, Obama’s foreign policy (specifically the Middle East) appears to have--by design--weakened the USA almost to its [our] breaking point. Obama hopes this will help him be re-hired, as he is counting on many to not want to switch horses in midstream if there is the chance of a war beginning. Don’t agree that he would do that? Really? 1)  Miss Ewing, why would you not want the deceased to be removed from the registration roles?

The anti-Islam film that, some say, started the Middle East riots puzzles everyone who talks about it. That film has shown once only, a year ago. Viewers can find only a 14-minute trailer and a 7-minute news segment on Egyptian TV. At first, no one knew the filmmaker’s real name. But word comes now that the filmmaker was a government snitch. So when Secretary of State Clinton says that the government had nothing to do with making the film, that might or might not be correct.

Anti-Islam film origin
The producer, that is, the financier, of the anti-Islam film is no stranger to creative financing. Nakoula Basseley Nakoula (maybe also known as “Sam Bacile”) ran a check-kiting scheme in California. He stole about $800,000 through this scheme. Authorities caught him, and a jury convicted him. But he served only 21 months and paid back some, but not all, of what he stole. After that, the judge put him on probation and told him to stay off the Internet for five years.

Why did the judge let him off so lightly? Because he turned snitch. The Smoking Gun has an outline, and this link to a sentencing transcript. He said this to the judge, in Arabic:

I decided to cooperate with the government to retrieve some of these mistakes or damage happened. I want to cooperate with the government that they can catch with this other criminals who is their involvement.

Sometime after he got out of prison, he made the anti-Islam film. According to The Huffington Post, he deceived even the cast and crew of the film. They did not know they were making an anti-Islam film. Nor did the anti-Islam lines appear in their scripts. Instead, someone dubbed those lines later, and did not synchronize the dubbing with the actors’ lips. (View the film for yourselves.)

Much later, someone else (no one knows who) re-dubbed the film from English to Arabic. A TV station belonging to one of the ultra-religious parties in Egypt ran a segment on the dubbed version. The riots in Egypt started soon after.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has now said twice that the US government had “absolutely nothing to do with” the anti-Islam film. She said it first yesterday, and again today at the body-return ceremony at Joint Base Andrews for Ambassador Chris Stevens and the three who died trying to protect him. True enough, the producer cooperated with the Department of Justice, not the Department of State. But any Arab on the street will wonder whether that connection might exist after all.

Americans should also ask whether someone played a double game to start those riots. Particularly when those who killed Ambassador Stevens did not act spontaneously. The Independent (London, UK) said yesterday that someone planned that attack well in advance. They knew where Ambassador Stevens would be, because someone on his staff (or maybe some Libyan fifth columnists) tipped them off. The Independent also said (though the White House denied it) that the State Department knew forty-eight hours ahead of time that something like what the world has seen would break out. And they did nothing about it. (Not only that, but Ambassador Patterson, in charge of the Cairo embassy, did not let the Marine guards carry live ammunition.)

The problem: those who attacked the American consulate in Benghazi, and murdered Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans, entered under the cover of a rioting crowd. That crowd said they had the same motive as had the Egyptian crowd. That motive: an anti-Islam film by Nakoula Bassely Nakoula, check kiter and snitch.


Why should news of that film break at such a convenient time for a “black” or “wet” operation that took weeks or months to plan? How could Al-Qaeda, the likely suspects, know that something like that would incite the people? Ayman al-Zawahiri inherited command of Al-Qaeda (“The Base”) from the late Osama bin Laden. He strictly charged his followers to attack American interests on September 11, 2012, to make Americans remember that Al-Qaeda can still threaten. A commander like al-Zawahiri would not depend on luck to give his men a chance to strike precisely on a date certain. He would set things up.

And how? By making sure to bring that anti-Islam film to public attention at a precise moment. And he might do more than that. He might shadow-executive-produce the film.

An anti-Islam film coming to public attention (through an “unauthorized” dub) at the right moment. A precise operation, with weeks of planning, depending on that film to start riots to give it cover. A producer who is also a US government snitch. And serious breaches of security, and of prudent procedure, in the Department of State.

The late Ian Fleming wrote these wise words in one of his many novels:

For a while most of us who have supposed we knew the immigration history of Mr. Menendez found it difficult to understand how he could have aligned himself with and become an integral part of the leftist movement here in the US, when, as we were told or led to believe, his parents fled the tyranny of Castro's Cuba for a better life here in America.

Menendez, is a collectivist, an unapologetic defender of the welfare state, opponent of tax cuts and the Second Amendment, an unabashed proponent of abortion at any and all stages of pregnancy, a supporter of affirmative action and one who has never seen a tax he didn't support.

How could two immigrants fleeing their communist home land, rear a progressive such as this?

The answer is quite simple, this narrative of flight to America was a carefully worded lie. Even as reporters such as Mike Kelly of the Record, wrote of his parents fleeing Castro for freedom, Menendez never corrected nor described the true story and by using carefully worded sentences, he himself, continued the deception.

Why has this been propagated throughout New Jersey in general and Hudson County in particular? The reason is simple, most of the Cuban-Americans here in this state have indeed experienced the confiscation of their property and have had friends and neighbors killed or imprisoned by the murdering Communist dictator, Fidel Castro.

A very large segment of those communities are conservatives but would find it very easy to support another Cuban-American, even if he were a Democrat. Especially one who had the same family history of abuse back in the homeland.

So what then is the true story? Well, actually, the exact opposite of what has been manufactured. Mario Menendez, Robert's father, may have fled capitalism and the free market, not Communism, years before the world knew or heard of Fidel Castro. While we have found no evidence that Mario was involved in leftist movement in Cuba he left during the time Batista, the anti-communist dictator, was arresting leftists.

There is no intent here to condone the actions of Batista, he in fact was a criminal and was in bed with the American Mafia.  However, he was far less a murderer and destroyer of the Cuban economy than Castro turned out to be. During the time prior to Castro's revolution, Cuba's standard of living was equal to that of Italy's. They sure have come a long way under communism, haven't they?

So that might explain the politics of one Robert Menendez in that his apple may not have fallen very far from the left side of the tree.

1.He declared he would not vote for any Supreme Court Justice, regardless of qualifications, if they did not support abortion and in fact proved that when he voted against Justice Alito.

2. He voted against notifying parents of minors being taken to other states to get abortions and also voted against restricting such abortions.

3. Several times he voted to allow the most egregious procedures, partial birth abortion where a near or full term pregnancy is ended by inducing birth and then piercing the skull of the child just before its head leaves the womb.

4. He voted not to make it a crime of murder or manslaughter if a woman loses her child even up to the last weeks of pregnancy as a result of physical attack or battery.

5. He has voted over and over to allow the use of tax payer money to fund abortions through Planned Parenthood.

   
   

Defender of America's Sovereignty and
Border Security and Safety?

1. Voted against making English the official language of the USA.

2. Voted no on building a border fence.

3. Voted to keep funding “sanctuary cities” where illegals are allowed to live and not be reported to the Federal government.

4. Voted to give a path to citizenship to guest workers who stayed here illegally.

5. Voted no on having hospitals and clinics report illegals to the government.

6. Requested an investigation into NYC police for trying to keep track of Muslim Terrorists.

   
   

Supports Distribution of Wealth
Earned by Others

1. He voted to increase the tax rates on small businesses and families earning over $1 million.

2. Voted against saving Social Security by allowing individuals to use some of their income to invest in private accounts.

3. Voted to further burden small businesses with mandatory minimum wage hikes.

4. Voted no on repealing the “death tax” where the government can confiscate large percentages of a family estate even if every penny of it was taxed while being earned.

5. Voted no a $46 Billion tax cut for small businesses and voted not to extend the Bush tax cuts.

   
   

Investigations, Collusion, Lies and Illegal
use of Tax Payer's Dollars

1. Kay LaCausi, a young staffer rose through the ranks to a very high position within the Menendez campaign. Rumors of a very close relationship between the divorced Menendez and the young woman would be of concern to no one except that hundreds of thousands of dollars in lobbying contracts and consulting fees miraculously were awarded to Ms. LaCausi. Who could have guessed, so many doors of opportunity and prosperity would be opened. How lucky!

2. Menendez first denied then had to admit the existence of subpoenas from a Federal investigation relating to taxpayer dollars being directed to the North Hudson Community Action Corporation, a company that in return paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to Menendez for property rentals. How very fortunate that he found a company willing to pay him rental fees more than 50% higher than he had been able to get previously. What a country!

3. Now, after denying there is an ongoing Federal investigation relating to, once again, consulting fees, Mr. Menendez has again had to admit there is such an investigation. This time its the Jersey City Medical Center for which subpenas have been issued. Consulting fees, tax dollars and warm friendships. Just plain perfect together!

   
   

So let us see if we can roll Mr. Menendez up into one nice neat little package.

Mr. Menendez has never seen an abortion he doesn't approve of nor a tax he does not support nor a consultant he wouldn't make deals with.

And he has never seen a border fence he could vote for, an immigration law which needs enforcing or an Islamic terrorist tracking program he likes.

Patriots, when you go to the polls on November 6^th to vote Obama back to the cesspool of Chicago politics, be sure to send Slippery Menendez packing too by casting your vote for Republican Joe Kyrillos.

September 13, 2012 TPATH- The beginning of what hopefully will end the nuclear threat against annihilation at the hands of the murderous Iranian Regime is about to commence.

Barack Hussein Obama, the so called leader of the Free World, wherever that might be these days, has just driven in the last nail of what would be the death knell of the Jewish homeland.  Refusing to meet with the Israeli Prime Minister after a formal request, Mr. Barack, "I will stand with the Muslims if the political winds turn in an ugly direction", has made it clear where he stands.

All the pieces are in place.  Hundreds of thousands of Israeli troops have been called up and are deployed at the borders.  Ships are at sea, anti-missile equipment has been deployed and the air force has never been better trained. 

In a last ditch effort to get Obama to do something more stern than using empty words and useless trade restrictions, Netanyahu requested a meeting, but was turned down.  You see Obama has very important appointments with a rapper and David Letterman.

As TPATH reported earlier in the summer the military campaign will not be a one or two day effort.  For at least a week Israel will not take any action directly against Iran's nuclear facilities.  The first leg of this war of survival will be to take out Iran's defenses.  That means missile sites, military storage buildings, air force bases, ships in port and at sea.

Then, while defending itself from the anticipated onslaught along its own borders, the air force, with the help of precisely targeted missiles, possibly including the use of Atomic EMP weapons, will take out every nuclear installation known to the Israelis.

While most Presidential elections in this country, in the past, were not a concern for Israel, this one, clearly is.  Israel knows it can not depend on Obama and if he wins re-election there is no chance he will ever use force to stop Iran's nuclear proliferation.  

This battle for survival can not be raging in early November, if the US had to get involved, in any way, Obama would breeze to an election victory.  This is the history of the American voter and it is something not only Israel may not endure, but America, as we know it, will not either.

Israel needs to strike hard, precise and quickly.  Then she needs to put down any border wars that will breakout and get it done before the middle of October.

The world is on the verge of a very, very dangerous time.  Let us all pray the leaders of not only the free world, but those imposing Islam on its people, will do the safe and right thing.  That is, let Israel do the dirty work for them and stay the hell out of it.

September 22, 2012 TPATH - Another hero of the Democratic Party, the defiler of women, and disgusting pornographer, Larry Flint, has offered $1 Million for Mitt Romney's early tax returns.  In a sense he was offering money to people and encouraging them to break the law.  This could be considered a crime in itself, but the same mainstream media outlets that have refused to run ads for the documentary "Dreams From My Real Father", had no problem rolling in the gutter with Flint.

Anyone who has had the chance to see some of Mitt's history on the Glenn Beck show knows that Mitt has been giving not only of his time but his money as well, for decades.  The news media, surprise, surprise, have declined to report on the many, many times Mitt has helped people in trouble. 

So it appears that when and if the tax releases from earlier years, are either illegally or voluntarily released, not only will the slime ball Flint be disappointed, but the propaganda wing of  Obama's Campaign, aka, the news media, will be too.

Romney's   tax returns for 2011 are testament to the fine character of the Romney family and shows the extreme contrast between the Usurper ( the great and wonderful re-distributor of income earned by others).

Not only has Mitt paid almost $2 Million to Obama to waste and send to the Muslim Brotherhood, but he gave 30% of his income to charity. $4 Million.

Oh, by the way, Obama gave between 1 and 5% in the years before he was elected.  Sure looks like he cares for the people.  Just not, apparently, more than he cares about himself.
