December 21, 2012 TPATH - Over these past decades we have been told that man is heating up the globe, melting the polar ice caps, raising the sea levels, growing the deserts and drowning polar bears.

They have tried everything under the sun, while ignoring the sun, to convince us that humankind is destroying the planet.  They have manipulated software programs when results did not conform to their ideology, then lied about the results and the manipulations.

Except for labeling us as stupid if we don't "just believe what they tell us", they have failed to produce even the smallest bit of evidence that proves this massive ecosystem is being changed by humans. The reason they have not, is they can't, there isn't any.

TPATH has, over these years, written to many of these so called scientists and asked them for the proof they claim they have.  We informed them that we were intelligent enough to understand any data they could show.

Well, of course TPATH never received anything close to proof.  A few told us that CO2 was cumulative and no matter how little man puts in the air, it stays there, and that's their proof.

Really? That is proof? Its not even factual.   A large amount of Carbon Dioxide is broken down everyday through plants using it, as well as many other chemicals that come in contact with it.

So what facts prove and dispel  the myth of man made global warming?  Its called mathematical common sense and is not derived from a pre-conceived outcome based computer manipulation.  

The proof we have is in the numbers and geological core samples, which have no agenda.  Just data and repeatable outcome.

Its certain that most people do not like
big numbers or small fractions.  

That is why the leftists feel they can fool you.  You see, they have looked at the numbers for you, so you don't have to.  All you have to do is believe what they tell you.  And then all you need do is pay the price, in carbon taxes and loss of your standard of living.

TPATH knows our readers are able to look at and understand numbers and fractions, so here they are.  They represent proof beyond any doubt that man has neither caused global warming nor could he do anything about it.

HERE ARE THE FACTS:
1. Humans produce approximately 6 billion tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) every year.  This sounds like an immense number and it would be if 6 billion tons of anything were dumped on your front lawn.  All of the speculation and fear mongering of the left, use that number to push the agenda.

2. The total amount of CO2 on the earth today is:
  41,120,000,000,000  (41 trillion tons)

3. The percentage of that amount, which humans are responsible for is:
     0.000145%  (that over 7 thousand times smaller than 1%)

4. The amount of CO2 in just the atmosphere is
    720,000,000,000 (720 billion tons)

5. Even if every bit of CO2 man creates, stayed in the atmosphere, which it does not, the percentage of the total amount would be:
   0.0083%  (that is over 120 times smaller than 1%)

6. Since 1901 until today, 110 years, the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere has increased by:
 0.0007% (that is almost 1,430 times smaller than 1%)

7. If that rate continues and if man and not nature is responsible for the entire increase, it will take 1,425 years to increase the amount of CO2 in the air by 1%.

8. The total of 6 billion tons, referenced above, includes not only machinery and energy producing industry, but it also includes the CO2 breathed out by humans.  In fact, it includes everything related to the human existence. This fact is conveniently left out when the left reports the CO2 tonnage spoiling the atmosphere.

9. If half of the world's population disappeared, and half the cars, trucks, trains, planes, factories, power plants, houses, schools and office buildings, were also to miraculously disappear for one year, the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere would be reduced by: 
0.00415%  ( that is 240 times less than 1%) 

10. Core samples prove that CO2 has very little relationship to global temperatures.  Many periods of earth's history have had much higher levels of CO2 than today but had much colder temperatures.  

11. For something to be a scientific fact it must be provable and it must be repeatable.  Since global temperatures have been recorded sometimes higher and sometimes lower based on a specific CO2 percentage, CO2 can not be considered as the cause. 

In conclusion, humans are incapable of controlling, causing or changing the ecosystem of this planet. That is a mathematical certainty.  The CO2 humans contribute to the atmosphere has less impact on the total amount than adding a teaspoon of water to an Olympic sized swimming pool would have.

What is also a certainty, is that any mathematician or scientist who tells you anything else, is lying.  Some of them may want to believe  so strongly that the outcome of their thinking is just as flawed as the outcome of a manipulated software program.

The sooner we let all the thieves pushing this hoax know that we are onto them, the longer we will be able to hold onto our wallets. 

 Global Warming is all about stealing from the productive.
Nothing more.
Nothing less.

68% of Registered Republicans Would Support a Viable Third Party

November 25, 2012 -TPATH- As a result of the growing frustration with the direction our country has taken, there appears to be a strong feeling in this country that neither of the two major parties represent any viable ability to get America on the right track.

TPATH has just completed a non-scientific poll but the results should be of interest to every person involved in this country's political environment. Information on the basics and workings of this poll are listed at the bottom of this release.

Should America consider forming a viable third party for registered voters who feel neither of the two major parties represent their views and ideology?

TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 2,302

69% Registered Republicans

2% Registered Democrats

21% Registered Independents or Unaffiliated

8% Constitution, American or Conservative Party

HOW THEY VOTED:

Republicans - 68% Voted YES (32% Voted No)

Democrats - 100% Voted YES

Independents - 92% Voted YES

Conservatives - 99% Voted YES


Mechanics of this poll:

  1. Name, state, party affiliation and email address were required.

  2. Only one vote per registered voter was allowed.

  3. Redundant votes from emails were deleted unless a different name was associated with it.

  4. Some people voted for both positions in error. Those votes were deleted and not included in any totals.

  5. Votes came in from many states, as far as Hawaii and California, but 82% came from the North East.

  6. No attempt was made to verify affiliation of those taking part in the poll.

  7. Poll was posted on www.tpath.org for 7 days and promoted on updates from TPATH and other groups affiliated with TPATH.

February 6, 2012 (TPATH) - #Obama has declared he has done enough to be rewarded with another term.  Really? 

Shall we count the ways?  Here are just a few of his accomplishments during the past 3 years.  As one reads this we tend to agree that he should have another term, but should it be Leavenworth or Riker's Island.

1.  He has ceased oil production in the Gulf of Mexico, which put or kept over 12,000 people out of work.

2. He gave tax payer dollars to Brazil so they could drill for oil.

3. He refused to allow a pipeline from Canada which would help our dependency on Middle East Oil and create a minimum of 20,000 jobs.

4. He encouraged the EPA to increase regulations on coal fired power plants which has increased the cost of electricity.

5. He has bowed to Arab kings while disrespecting our allies such as Isreal and Great Britain.

6. He stopped production uranium to fuel our power plants which has created a shortage and caused an increase in electric rates.

7. He has refused to make any real cuts in government spending except for $500 billion cuts in the military while our enemies are growing their war machines at a rate higher than anytime in history.

8. He has stopped the building of fences on our border while pushing for amnesty for illegals.

9. He has sued several states for trying to protect their people from illegal immigration.

10. He has directed his people to call the murders of our American soldiers on America soil, a "work place shooting" when it was done by a Muslim terrorist.

11. He presided over "Fast and Furious" which allegedly forced dealers to sell guns to Mexican drug lords so he could blame the US Constitution and as a result hundreds have died including a US Border Agent.

12. He has given billions of tax payer dollars to environmental companies even though he knew they were going to go bankrupt.

13. He bankrupted real investors while bailing out unions in the General Motors fiasco.

14. He forced a health care bill on the American people that will bankrupt most private health care services and force people to buy a product they may not want.

15. He cut Medicare by $500 billion dollars and blamed Republicans for wanting to destroy the Medicare.

16. He has spent millions of dollars trying to hide his past from the American people.

17. He uses the Executive Order to make law outside the executive branch which is unconstitutional.

18. He arrogantly issued a birth certificate that is a clear and proven forgery.

19, He made recess appointments when the Senate was not in recess which violates the Constitution.

20. He continues to create class warfare and resentment between the people of this country.

21. He has spent an average of $1 trillion dollars more than the budget every year since being in office.

22. He is responsible for millions of job losses and the highest sustained unemployment rate since the great depression.

23. He has increased the amount of people on food stamps to the highest number in history.

24.He has been using a Social Security number that failed the Government's E-Verify System.

25. He has presided over a home owner crisis which he voted to create and then blames the Republicans

26. He continues to print more and more money which has created inflation that destroys the life savings of the retired and creates finical burdens on the poorer communities.

27. He has encouraged the #occupy movement that has cost tax payers over $30 million dollars and growing.

28. He has increased the national debt to $15.6 trillion dollars which has increased during his 3 years more than all the other presidents combined.

29. He has sent hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to the middle east to refurbish Mosques.
 
One question for anyone who is thinking of voting #Obama into a second term.

Which one of these accomplishments do you want more of?

By “energy policies” I mean his administration’s opposition to access to the billions of barrels of oil on federal lands.

I mean his Energy Secretary’s earlier opinion that high gas prices are good for the economy, abandoned as they climb to and passed $4.

I mean Obama’s lies about the recent increase in oil production when he knows it is occurring on private and state owned land, not federal land.

I mean his opposition to the Keystone XL pipeline.

I mean the waste of billions of taxpayer’s dollars on “renewable energy” firms, many of which have already failed, along with the sales of the Chevy Volt, whose production has been discontinued.

I mean two amendments to the Senate transportation bill that would have created new taxpayer-funded subsidies for natural gas vehicles, extended the production tax credit to underwrite wind energy, and revived the Treasury grant program that gives taxpayer money for the installation of solar panels and other renewable technologies.

I mean the impact his policies are having on everyone’s wallet and its drag on the economy as his policies drive up the cost of gasoline and everything dependent on transporting goods anywhere…and that is everything!

Just how dumb do you have to be not to grasp that when Obama took office on January 20, 2009, oil was selling at $38.74 a barrel and the average retail price of gasoline was around $1.90 a gallon. Today, oil is trading at more than $108 a barrel and gasoline is closing in on $4.00 a gallon. As they say, do the math.

In early March, speaking in Nashua, New Hampshire, Barack Obama said, “Let’s put every single member of Congress on record. You can stand with oil companies or you can stand up for the American people.” This consummate liar is using the same pathetic message and damage done by Jimmy Carter---who got voted out of office after a single term as president.

In his 2005 book, “Why Your Gasoline Prices are High”, Seldon B. Graham, Jr, a graduate of West Point, used his fifty years of experience in the oil industry described what happened when, in 1981, Congress passed a windfall profits tax. “It was a death notice for USA oil. Many U.S. oil and gas companies went bankrupt…and those which survived were forced to go overseas to explore and drill in foreign countries.”

At the very time when the Middle East is in turmoil, the Democrats want to repeat the same blunder of 1981.

In a nation that sits atop billions of barrels of untapped oil in federal lands such as the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, domestic oil reserves in the lower 48 states, the Gulf of Mexico, and the vast untapped reserves off the nation’s continental coasts, the Obama administration has restricted oil companies from exploring and drilling in areas where new reserves of oil and gas are known to exist, shortened lease terms, and has slowed down permit approvals.

That is the equivalent of declaring an energy war on the nation. Moreover, in a virtual secret, the Obama State Department is involved in a deal to turn over seven Alaskan islands to Russia. One of them is the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined and who knows how much oil lies beneath them?

Oil prices are set by the market principles of supply and demand. By aggressively thwarting access to America’s abundant oil reserves, the Obama administration is deliberately keeping prices high and forcing them higher.

As Jack Gerard, the president of the American Petroleum Institute, said in a press conference on March 8, “When crude prices are high, the price at the pump is also high. With a 42-gallon barrel of crude oil topping $106, refiners pay more than $2.50 for each gallon of crude they must purchase. Add in the almost 50 cents per gallon on average in gasoline taxes and you have over $3.00 of what consumers are now paying at the pump.”

Simply by announcing his intent to open new areas for exploration and production, President Obama could signal the market and put downward pressure on today’s and tomorrow’s gasoline prices. This is exactly what happened when President Bush lifted the moratorium on the East and West Outer Continental Shelf back in July 2008. It resulted in a 12% decline in the price per barrel.

Why are we paying more? Why are U.S. dollars going to oil-producing nations that do not like America? Why are we competing for oil with China, India and other emerging economies when we have enough oil, gas, and coal to be energy independent for the next century or longer?

The reason is the policies of the present and past administrations going back to the days of Jimmy Carter in the 1970s. The answer given by the White House is greedy oil companies and Wall Street “speculators.” It is a lie.

The worst of it, as a recent Wall Street Journal article explained, “Oil can’t go much higher without derailing the economy…at some point, oil prices overwhelm everyone,” wrote Liam Denning. Keeping them artificially high can have no other purpose than to continue the destruction of the nation and the President knows it.

Patriots,
TPATH and Nick Purpura are in the process of getting each of the State Attorneys General who were signed onto the Obamacare lawsuit to entertain not giving up on this important issue.

We feel that Justice Roberts, knowingly or not, by issuing a decision which declares Obamacare a TAX bill, has deemed it unconstitutional.

The following letter has been sent to all 26 of those AG's.
We will let you know when and if we get a response.

Dear State Attorney General,
The Supreme Court ruling this past week which declared the bill known as Obamacare to be constitutional was as shocking as it was egregious.  If the Republicans do not get control of the Senate and or if Obama is re-elected, this country may never recover from the scope and breadth of this bill.

It will do no good to spend any time wondering why Justice Roberts ruled as he did.  Nor will it serve any endeavor to use valuable time name calling and venting.  What we need is a plan, beyond the expectations of November, and we need to implement it quickly.  

I just finished watching three state AG's on Huckabee's Fox program (you know who you are) as they discussed possible plans for continuing the fight.  It had been my hope that Article I of the Constitution would come up and be discussed. Alas, it did not. As a result TPATH has decided to contact each of the 26 State AG's in an effort to get some attention on the breach of Article I, Section 7.


As each of you are aware, this ruling can be challenged if it is done so with in 30 days of the ruling.  That will give you until Friday, July 27th to join together with a formal appeal and official notification.  From what I understand, an appeal can be made provided there is new evidence which was not considered or litigated during the process.

The basis for new evidence was produced by none other than Chief Justice Roberts, himself.  His opinion and ruling that  the healthcare bill was a tax bill, brought new evidence to the law suit. In fact, its now the law.  SCOTUS says its a tax bill.  So, its a tax bill.

It is the opinion of TPATH as well as all of our researchers and contributors, immediately upon ruling Obamacare a tax bill, Roberts could have and probably should have, ruled it unconstitutional under the constraints of Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution.

Just a small review of the history of the Senate Healthcare bill which is the one being challenged.  This bill was written and produced by the Senate and by use of reconciliation passed it on to Obama's desk.  So not only was this bill not produced by the the House of Representatives as required by Article I, Section 7, but it was never voted on by the full House.

The bottom line is, the Healthcare Bill was deemed unconstitutional, in its entirety, the instant that Roberts declared it a tax bill.  Taxes cannot be raised by the US Senate.   

TPATH hopes you will take this into consideration.  This fight to save America from this over reach of the Federal Government, is not over.

February 14, 2012 TPATH  - As many of you know, the Jersey Shore Tea Party Patriots have been in a long battle to get the US Supreme Court to accept their lawsuit against ObamaCare.

Nicholas Purpura has asked that as many people as possible, across this country, know that tomorrow is so very important for more than just the ObamaCare bill.  Nic's suit is based upon Obama's eligibility and would be the most effective path to ending this attack on our Constitution.

Basically, whether or not the suit, 11-7275, is accepted, is now in God's hands.  Nic has asked that we pray this night for the Justices to do the right thing and accept this suit.

TPATH, while having faith in the Lord as much as almost anyone, feels that a few phone calls to the Supreme Court can't hurt.

Types of Social Security cards

Some interesting information on Social Security Numbers

Three different types of Social Security cards are issued. The most common type contains the cardholder's name and number. Such cards are issued to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. There are also two restricted types of Social Security cards:

  • One reads "not valid for employment." Such cards cannot be used as proof of work authorization, and are not acceptable as a List C document on the I-9 form.
  • The other reads "valid for work only with DHS authorization." These cards are issued to people who have temporary work authorization in the U.S. They can satisfy the I-9 requirement, if they are accompanied by a work authorization card.

In 2004 Congress passed The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act; parts of which mandated that the Social Security Administration redesign the Social Security Number (SSN) Card to prevent forgery. From April 2006 through August, 2007, Social Security Administration (SSA) and Government Printing Office (GPO) employees were assigned to redesign the Social Security Number Card to the specifications of the Interagency Task Force created by the Commissioner of Social Security in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security.

The new SSN card design utilizes both covert and overt security features created by the SSA and GPO design teams.

Many citizens and privacy advocates are concerned about the disclosure and processing of Social Security numbers. Furthermore, researchers at Carnegie Mellon University have demonstrated an algorithm which uses publicly available personal information to reconstruct a given SSN.[17]

The SSN is frequently used by those involved in identity theft, since it is interconnected with so many other forms of identification, and because people asking for it treat it as an authenticator. The SSN is generally required by financial institutions to set up bank accounts, credit cards, and obtain loans, partially because it is assumed that no one except the person to whom it was issued will know it.

Exacerbating the problem of using the social security number as an identifier is the fact that the social security card contains no biometric identifiers of any sort, making it essentially impossible to tell whether a person using a certain SSN is truly the person to whom it was issued without relying on some other means of documentation (which may itself have been falsely procured through use of the fraudulent SSN). Congress has proposed federal laws that will restrict the use of SSNs for identification and ban their use for a number of commercial purposes, e.g. rental applications.[18]

1. Public Input Sessions on the NJ Draft State Development and Redevelopment Plan. This is IT. What we have been reading and researching and training for. You and all your friends and neighbors and group members are needed. This plan will affect EVERY CITIZEN of this state whether they think it will or not.

2. MORE to look at in the Draft State Plan: The Priority "Investment" Criteria

Attached to this email you will find an Advance Notice of Rules for the "Priority Investment Criteria" illustrated in the Draft Final State Strategic Plan and recently discussed with the State Planning Commission at its meeting on January 18, 2012. The public can provide written comment on this document by Monday April 2, 2012 or at any of the upcoming public hearings related to the Draft Final State Strategic Plan.  

The OPA wants us to provide comment on the draft state plan, the draft infrastructure needs assessment, and this too, by April 2. Notice of this just went out a couple of days ago. The Criteria were recently discussed with the State Planning Commission at its meeting on January 18, 2012.

The Monmouth County Planning Board under the chairmanship of Vincent  Domidion, will discuss the Proposed final draft of the State Plan: New Jersey State Development and Redevelopment Plan, dated October 11, 2011., on February 21, 2012 at 2 pm at the Hall Of Records Annex, 1-E.Main Street, Freedhold, NJ

4. SHOCKER: NORTH JERSEY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN PROMOTES SMART GROWTH

The program requires contracts between Rutgers and the Freeholders/county to get the HUD money. The HUD grant terms require smart growth. Because your county signed a contract YOU the taxpayer now have your rights signed away for you.

Well the joke's on them this time. Note on Page 14 in the lower center boxes appear the 3 E's of UN AGENDA 21: Economy, Environment and Equity..

GOT 'EM!   

You'll also be shocked, I tell ya, shocked! to learn that the $5MM grant for the North Jersey Regional Transportation Plan won't be divided up equally among the 13 counties and 5 towns.

The 5 towns are: Elizabeth, Newark, New Brunswick, Jersey City, Paterson,
Check out Page 18 - the "governance council" - to see how your new government will work. YOU are not represented. This will supplant your county. Ignore the silly statement on Slide  7 that this is not a top-down mandate. It IS because the HUD grant requires certain criteria and decisions. Once you "SIGN DE PAPERS" you have lost your ability to govern your town. You have lost your sovereignty.
Check out the timeline on Page 22 - your new regional (soviet) government will adopt bylaws by April. GOODBYE Sovereignty April 2012.

Don't believe me? Look at the HUD NOFA 2011 document. The goals starting on Page 1 will begin to scare the life out of you. HUD flat-out states: "HUD seeks grantees that envision and work toward sustainable communities, and provides a number of strategies to do so in the Strategic Plan:"

BINGO!

So the State Development Plan isn't Agenda 21? It's WHOLLY Agenda 21! The proof is above.

The APA (American Planning Association) is so scared of the growing opposition to Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, etc. that they have released a pdf explaining how to deal with these issues using different jargon, etc. Read through the pdf it will help you and your group when you attend a planning meeting. The planners are trying to change the game, but we are on to them.

New Jersey Threatened with Mandatory Water Fluoridation - Science and Residents Ignored

Despite objections from environmentalists and utility officials, New Jersey is under threat of mandatory fluoridation, which is the addition of fluoride chemicals into the public drinking water ostensibly to reduce tooth decay. Despite admission by the Federal Government that American children are fluoride over-exposed and that fluoride's benefits are primarily topical, New Jersey legislators are crafting a law that will force fluoridation on the entire state, reports the Fluoride Action Network (FAN).

For those of us that completely understand the dangers of Agenda 21 also realize the biggest threat to our Constitution is the United Nations.  Which if you really understand what is happening must also admit that EVERYTHING that is failing in our country today has its roots in the UN and Agenda 21.  With this said it is vitally important that whoever we back for President must realize the American people DEMAND that the US totally withdraws from the UN.  No money, no participation no nothing!!  There is one candidate that has worked to remove the US from the UN for years.  You all know that candidate to be Ron Paul.  If you do not support Ron Paul I implore you to start delivering the message to the candidate you do support that the #1 issue to us is the withdrawal of the US from the UN.

With this said just read what the UN is planning for the Rio Summit.  The plot has been revealed folks and we need to start contacting the campaigns and making these candidate know that we DEMAND a complete withdrawal from the UN.  I had the opportunity to ask Newt Gingrich this question and I was told he had no intention of withdrawing the US from the UN.  He wanted to change the relationship but no withdrawal......my response  "WRONG ANSWER SIR."  But according to many vetting surveys I have seen the only candidate that agrees with a complete withdrawal of the US from the UN is Ron Paul.  This is one of the main reasons I am behind him.  But again, whoever you support PLEASE start letting them know the importance of this issue to the future of America and our Constitution.

Agenda 21 Repackaged Socialism is Unsustainable.  This is an excellent article that puts it all into perspective.

Agenda 21 has just about destroyed the fishing industry in America and it is a part of the agenda we need to learn about and discuss.  Do you know that 85% of our fish no longer come from American fisherman.  We get most of our fish from foreign companies.  If you knew how these fish were raised you would never eat fish again.   Makes me glad I am a vegetarian.   In the meantime our fishing industry is just about non-existent.  We have not been able to fish salmon for almost 2 years and many other species have been severely decreased.  

I sent this out a couple of days ago but want to make sure everyone sees it .  The APA is rewriting the language.  We are on to them so now they have to change their words to once again hide the truth from the public.

As we move from one dramatic diversion of Obama’s life story or unconstitutional antics to another, there is some very serious stuff going on in yours and my back yard.  Its called Agenda 21—the stealth plan of the New World Order to inventory and control every piece of land in and the water supply of the United States.

Just walk down your street and you will see who all is involved in this ‘feel good’ plan:

    your city, town, and rural county government including their waste management and water supply, land use, and planning departments;
    the local schools, at every level;
    your local parks and recreation department, agriculture,  and fish/wildlife/game departments
     local and national non-governmental organizations (NGO) involved in land, water or environmental issues
    State and/or federal natural resource management agencies.
    Your Chamber of Commerce

The NWO has provided the education for the ones who teach our children today from pre-school all the way through college and graduate school.  Our law schools have already been infected with disdain for and ignorance of the Constitution, aka, limits placed on the federal government in the Constitution.

Article I Section 8, restricts the Congress to (a)”the commerce clause”, i.e., ‘regulating commerce’ with foreign nations, among the states, and with all the Indian Tribes’; and (b) to exercise its authority over the D.C. and lands purchased from the States for ‘necessary government buildings’.  The word regulate means to ‘make regular’.  The abuse of the Commerce Clause by Congress is manifested in increased regulation that fosters centralized control over natural resource management and use decisions. It is through this avenue of environmental and land use regulation that the NWO inserts Agenda 21 as the controlling paradigm for American communities, mega-regions, and bio-regions.
